However, if you selected the option to "change in the browser" in the site of your muse file properties you can edit your Web site with business catalyst.   Depending on how the bad hard drive is, you might be able to plug it as a secondary drive and specify files off of it or send them to a service to extract the files. I don't think there is anyway to recover the files through something that first creates.

  If I understand you correctly, Vista Business has been bought and installed by yourself and not preinstalled on your laptop when you bought it.
