It isn't really a problem, just a nuisance.
Last week I printed several documents from PDF files and print documents. Once printing has been completed, an error message would be displayed on my laptop that the printer cannot print the document. I've ignored the warnings and continued, and then the printer would print the document again. I found that if I clicked on the error message, printing in double stop.
Since then, whenever I don't print from any program (MS Office, Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc), I still get the same message if the end of the print document.
Just a nuisance, but if I forgot to point out the error, the doc print again without error message after the second printiing...
I noticed that the queue, regardless of the size of the document, always freezes on the last page to print before closing.
I turned and turn it back on and reset the connection to a static IP address for the printer wireless...

Problem with Canon printer and scanner.
My Canon MP610 printer suddenly stopped scanning, which gives the message "scanner driver supported by this software is not installed." Install and then try again"
After trying a few things, I finally just uninstalled and reinstalled, using the installation CD and then following the instructions in
I did it several times now but all without success. The printer prints, but the scanner gives the same error.
Any ideas? I am running Win 7 Pro 64.

need to contact Canon.As Canon OEM is responsible for the proper functioning of the printer/scanner
and their drivers. Check with Canon support, their documentation online.

(2) this happens on all websites and pages?
(3) other sounds work fine on the computer?
(4) may I know the operating system you are using?
(5) were there any changes before the show?
I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.
Method 1: No sound in Windows.

Check the playback settings to see if the device is turned off / disconnected.
Method 3: If you are using Internet Explorer, check if this option is enabled.
a. Click Start, type "inetcpl.cpl" and press to enter.

c. scroll down to see the multimedia section and make sure that "play sounds in Web pages" option is selected.
d. click ok to apply the changes and see if the problem still occurs.
Restart Internet Explorer and check if you can hear the noise.
You can also try to update flash player on your computer and check if the problem is resolved.

When I turn on my HP Officejet Pro 8610 - it goes through its cycle - once it ends the initialization of the startup LCD flashes a Blue Screen of Death with B8931C7C for less than a second, then the screen shows printer error "Please stop your printer, and then click.
I've tried so far, I've tried it unpluggin at the back, wait 15 seconds and 60 seconds. Also this operation and in him plugging in several power strips and directly into the wall outlet.
I was able to restore the default settings at one time. This questions has gradually deteriorated to the point that wow its very pretty in a loop without end with failure - consistantly crashing after start up - please advise.

You can uninstall the drivers from Device Manager and try to install the latest versions to check the issue.
If the problem persists, try to install the software of the browser in compatibility mode and see if that fixes the problem.

Have a laptop Envy M6-K010DX. Due to a problem of the internet while improving to win 8 to 8.1, the PC does not start correctly, and Windows Explorer will not load. IF you have updated from 8 to 8.1 and the process was interrupted during installation, this may damage the disc and therefore locked error. "Refreshing" the system would not be the answer that you need to clean install Windows 8 again. 8.1 update can break the bond of the recovery partition, especially if it has become corrupted as indicated.
You must clean up the installation with the recovery discs, you must have created before you updated to 8.1.
In addition, if you do not have the recovery disks, you can buy a set of HP or install a regular copy of Windows 8 and then update the drivers manually. HP has the Windows key now integrated into the bios.
