I'm trying to uninstall creative cloud

but whenever I go to my control panel and click on uninstall it says there are errors. What do I do?

    If you receive an error message that says a restart is 'pending' and a recommendation that restart your computer before uninstalling, ignore this and proceed with the uninstall.

    If you get another error and are not able to ignore and to uninstall, open your desktop cc app and use it to install all the programs you wish to uninstall.  If it is successful, it should restore uninstall programs, you can uninstall.

    I can't uninstall creative cloud. Query indicates that there are creative cloud applications that depend on so he refuses to uninstall.

    I contacted the support by the cat. Has worked with Santana. I was instructed to download what seemed to be the installation of the trial program. I downloaded and successfully installed the application of CC desktop and am now re - download the software I have installed. At this point, that it's still too early in the game, I think I'm back to where I was trying to do last night.

    The file that I downloaded from Santana's name was ACCCx3_6_0_248.dmg.

    This one has been correctly installed.

    Those who continued to miss from the CC desktop page, called CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg

  • Uninstalled creative cloud; Why CS6 apps does not open?

    I cancelled my Creative Cloud 2014 subscription two weeks ago. Wanted to just use CS6 apps rather (Photoshop, InDesign). At that point, they still opened fine. But every day, Adobe sent a message of RENEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, huge, boring box. So I tried to uninstall CC2014: both the apps and the CC Manager. Apparently, it was a mistake. Because now these CS6 apps won't open; Instead, I get a RENEWED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION box that directs me to the subscription manager to renew the creative cloud.


    So I tried to reinstall the program to uninstall creative cloud for re - uninstall. Did not help. I tried to use the cleaner creative cloud. Did not help. Even reinstalled CS6 from the original CD. These applications will not always be open. I have to assume there is some software glitch - a few rest line coding, perhaps, of a bad uninstall - blocking audit for CS6 on the Mac.


    What can I do to get these apps CS6 to open? They open fine on my Mac for backup. Then of course, there is a small problem that I need to correct on my primary iMac.

    Hello! I'm on a Mac, and my creative cloud app worked intermittently for a few months, but now has stopped working entirely. It shows a completely blank white screen. I tried uninstall creative cloud and this message: failed to désinstaller the creative cloud to desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer in need.

    I also tried to rename opm.db in the Adobe OOBE directory in folder Application Support of Utilties, and then logging into the desktop application. I tried the same thing again and the computer restart and still have the white screen of CC.

    I am ready to uninstall/reinstall applications if it is listed... Please let me know the best route to take!

    If you have bad to start the creative Cloud Desktop application and the application shows a spinning wheel of progress or a blank white screen (or otherwise does not open), try the solutions below in the order. If a solution works, you don't need to try the next solution.

    Hi, I have an irritating problem, install the latest version of office of Director CC.  Technician in Adobe recently worked on my machine for more than an hour but could not eliminate the problem.  I get a notification that Adobe has an update for me. I opened the window update, and CC Installer window opens.  After it connects, it displays the message "tries to connect with the server" and then displays an error code - «get help» I tried to uninstall the existing CC Manager but it tells me that this is not possible because the other Adobe products are running.  It's confusing, because none of the applications on my task bar are open.  I can't afford the downtime that is addictive and am concerned about the consequences of not updating.  I pay £47 each month and each £ download on Adobe account seamlessly - exactly the way I expect updates from Adobe to perform.  Recently, I lived a poor reproduction on a Train Simple video playback, I have updated Flash and improved performance and then I received an email from Train Simple advising that they had received an avalanche of complaints from UK customer base and have worked diligently to correct this problem.  I wonder if a similar problem has occurred with the Cloud Creative Director download process.

    HP Pavilion 64 bit Windows 8.1 Premium + Internet security and Malwarebytes Premium AVG running.  I tried to disable & allowing those without two advantage.  I'm a graphic designer from front end and have no knowledge of the things "under the hood"!

    Trying to install creative cloud, stops at halfway and gives me "error Code: 1'." When I looked at what that means, it tells me to uninstall, then try again. There is nothing to uninstall. I disabled my firewall and disable all security software. Even went to the properties to UNLOCK program to settle, giving permissions to all. Even as an administrator. Even tried in safe mode, nothing. Same mistake NEVER ONE TIME! Then I downloaded Adobe Assistant I think that another program... It installs and shows that the installed programs, but what that leaves is a folder on the desktop with the name of 2 programs, but there is nothing for them.

    Using the Support Chat from Adobe is the ONLY way it worked! It just took about an hour. But I insisted for them to take over my computer. There was much too much that they had to do, open, and delete stuff. They had to download additional software to try to solve it. They had mistakes throughout, but now installed InDesign Creative Cloud AND. As I said, ask them to do it for you because it's worth against the endless hours, I tried to resolve the question of my own, search the forums, make suggestions, without success. Once I saw my program PASSES the bar of 42%, I knew that they fixed. They will still open the program to ensure that it properly installed. If you highlight the contact on the Adobe site, answer a few questions and then click on NEED of EXTRA HELP. Then connect to the chat. TOTALLY FREE! And you just sit back and watch everything they do, for about an hour. How long approximately it is. But they know what they're doing for sure. As I said, I tried all the available on websites, forums, chats and connect them directly to my computer support, IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED they are awesome if you get someone who knows what they're doing, unlike only one, that I had later in the night, which had no idea. I've disconnected and got another person, which sets the creative cloud. Now the rep just fixed and installed InDesign. Save yourself the extra stress as if I was, because I was so frustrated! They are awesome
