Impossible to uninstall creative cloud of pc with win7

I'm trying to uninstall creative cloud install on pc with win7 but this isn't the case, the uninstaller on the display bar and happens during more than 30-40 minutes but nothing happens

You can use the Adobe or CC Uninstaller cleaning tool:

    If you receive an error message that says a restart is 'pending' and a recommendation that restart your computer before uninstalling, ignore this and proceed with the uninstall.

    If you get another error and are not able to ignore and to uninstall, open your desktop cc app and use it to install all the programs you wish to uninstall.  If it is successful, it should restore uninstall programs, you can uninstall.

    To disconnect from the creative Cloud application for the desktop, select > Preferences > account and then click Sign Out from the creative clouds.

    If you are not able to disconnect from the trough step Creative Cloud Desktop Manager, please follow the steps below:

    Delete the OPM.db file:

    1. Close the creative cloud application.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Win: C\Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    If you do not see AppData under your username, then you can click on start and type %LocalAppData%, it will open a Local folder, then you can go to Adobe/OOBE

    3. delete the opm.db file.

    4. start the creative cloud.

    If you are not able to find this file, please see the following link, maybe it's because your library is hidden.

    The user has the following adobe products installed (after uninstalling CC):

    Recently, the user has had problems with cloud creative installation updated where it could connect and download the update up to 5%, then view the error below. We have tested this several times and the network showed no disconnection to this machine and he always stopped at 5%.

    Error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application running Adobe CC Cleaner using the options Clean Up all (option 1) then all own (10 in option) has not solved the problem.

    Other online forums talk about registry problems - looking in these registry keys according to the site are "corrupt" point to the correct folder location.

    The next option we have is to do a clean install of this PC which we would like to avoid that the staff member would be unable to work for up to a day position this machine with correct adobe again products.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello! I'm on a Mac, and my creative cloud app worked intermittently for a few months, but now has stopped working entirely. It shows a completely blank white screen. I tried uninstall creative cloud and this message: failed to désinstaller the creative cloud to desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer in need.

    I also tried to rename opm.db in the Adobe OOBE directory in folder Application Support of Utilties, and then logging into the desktop application. I tried the same thing again and the computer restart and still have the white screen of CC.

    I am ready to uninstall/reinstall applications if it is listed... Please let me know the best route to take!

    If you have bad to start the creative Cloud Desktop application and the application shows a spinning wheel of progress or a blank white screen (or otherwise does not open), try the solutions below in the order. If a solution works, you don't need to try the next solution.

    Hi, I have an irritating problem, install the latest version of office of Director CC.  Technician in Adobe recently worked on my machine for more than an hour but could not eliminate the problem.  I get a notification that Adobe has an update for me. I opened the window update, and CC Installer window opens.  After it connects, it displays the message "tries to connect with the server" and then displays an error code - «get help» I tried to uninstall the existing CC Manager but it tells me that this is not possible because the other Adobe products are running.  It's confusing, because none of the applications on my task bar are open.  I can't afford the downtime that is addictive and am concerned about the consequences of not updating.  I pay £47 each month and each £ download on Adobe account seamlessly - exactly the way I expect updates from Adobe to perform.  Recently, I lived a poor reproduction on a Train Simple video playback, I have updated Flash and improved performance and then I received an email from Train Simple advising that they had received an avalanche of complaints from UK customer base and have worked diligently to correct this problem.  I wonder if a similar problem has occurred with the Cloud Creative Director download process.

    HP Pavilion 64 bit Windows 8.1 Premium + Internet security and Malwarebytes Premium AVG running.  I tried to disable & allowing those without two advantage.  I'm a graphic designer from front end and have no knowledge of the things "under the hood"!

    I used Migration Assistant to set up my new Mac (new computer is a retina MacBookPro; so was the old computer). I couldn't open any of my CC applications. When I open Creative Cloud Desktop App is completely empty (no tab for applications, fonts, files, etc. - no way to install or update applications). I uninstalled creative Cloud and reinstalled (several times), but got the same results. I also deleted all files application for CC applications than ever with the Migration Wizard of the cam.

    Any ideas?
