I'm used to cancel my creative cloud. How to cancel a subscription cloud native? Help, please
I want to cancel my month on month creative cloud adobe. I've been sitting in front of the window of cat for so long now, nobody seems to be there to take the chat session. I have other things to do in life. Please cancel my subscription as soon as POSSIBLE and confirm.

You may have an alternative email address used to purchase the subscription.
Click on the wheel of settings which is located on the upper right of your creative cloud app > Preferences > what is the e-mail address that you see here.

Receive "Download error" after installing creative cloud. Help, please!

This is a typical error due to insufficient permissions for the user account, follow these steps:
Make sure that you had connected to the Mac with the administrator user account.
Exit the desktop application Cloud Creative and close Adobe applications.
Step:
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command, and then press the 'Return'. () Do not miss ~ symbol)~/Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe
.
Right-click on the Adobe folder and select ""GetInfo ' option. "
Expand the sharing & permissions section.
Click on the padlock icon in the lower corner on the right. Enter your administrator user name and password when you are prompted, and then click OK.
Please click on '+' symbol, it will open the list of user accounts. Add currently logged in username and administrator option,
Then indicate ""& read/write " permission currently logged in username and Administrator option."
Click the gear icon and select apply to closed. Close the dialog box information .
Once you had provided all permissions to the Adobe folder, try to install again to follow same steps that I mentioned in the first answer, it should solve the problem.

I have creative cloud and I managed to successfully download the other programs through it, but I can't download Adobe Photoshop. Did you participate in the beta of Photoshop before or install a trial version before?
If you are using Windows, you can uninstall Photoshop from the Control Panel.
If you are on Mac OS X, go to Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers and double-click on the link to Uninstall Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Is there is nothing to uninstall, then you can run the Adobe cleaning tool to remove all traces of Photoshop CS6. You can download it here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. Run it, you may need to scroll down the list until you see Adobe Photoshop CS6 or Adobe Photoshop CS6 pilot. Select it and then click the clean up selected button.
You should now be able to install Photoshop using Adobe Application Manager.

How many PCs can use with a single creative cloud subscription? For example I currently use Lightroom on a PC at home with 2 large screens, but use a laptop or iPad when you travel. A monthly subscription covers it all 3 or do I have 3 separate subscriptions?

Right. You must save a separate project once per day at a minimum, copy so that you have several backups in place. Make sure automatic backup is running.

- Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
- Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
- Restart Lightroom and see if it works.
- Please make sure you also update of Lightroom to the latest version, which is 6.3 Lightroom
