I need help to get creative cloud to work. I connect, but no programs appear in the Inbox of
I pay every month for creative cloud. I log in the program and the box appears, but not applications. I try to open other programs and it asks me to save them with a code. Any help would be appreciated.

I work for Cisco, I need cloud pro / creative Prime Minister as soon as POSSIBLE for the job, the company creative cloud has failed, it cancelled and classified into creative cloud (regular version not company), approved at the end of cisco, waited more than a week at Adobe to send me a link. Adobe NEVER will get creative cloud to work?
Whenever I go to check if there is updates of my Creative Suite apps cloud is the same old thing... click on the CC application, watch the spinny thing to go around and forever. He never stops. I force quit and start again and the spinny thing.
Adobe is not a software company? You would think it would be easy for them to solve this problem!

My cloud Barnard keep wanting to connect but then told me that I'm out. I have reset my password teice this morning and still no joy (I wait until I got the confirmation emails). In addition to this my CC Photoshop always tells me that it is a trial version and request a serial No. My original order email tells me it will be available in my order page, but it is not. Help.

I tried to install Flash through the Application Manager, the other day, my laptop fell asleep during installation and when I wake it back up again the installation had been frozen. I closed the Manager and restarted my laptop. The application Manager indicates now that Flash installed and that it is "up to date".
But the application is not on my laptop... I looked in the adobe folder and there is nothing for the flash. The search comes up with no results.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app handler, but the same thing pops up, I have no way to reinstall Flash. If you have any ideas please let me know!

TimelessEdge can you please check your programs and features Control Panel to see if Flash is in the list. If so, please run the uninstall program which should then Flash to be deleted via Adobe Application Manager.
If this is not available or you are still experiencing difficulties please try reinstalling Adobe Application Manager of http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773.

I get Creative Cloud edition student and Professor (a year) but when I download PS, Pr of Creative it cloud still shows I need to buy these applications, why is - this?

Please go to the preferences > workspace and uncheck the option 'open the document in the tabs '.
Now you can click on file and choose file > open and open the two images in two different windows which can be arranged side by side.

If you want to change the language for an application that is already installed on your computer, you will need to change the preferred language, Uninstall and reinstall the application.
You can do this easily from the creative cloud desktop application. Please see this document for more information:
Set the installation language. Applications installed after Exchange of the language will be in the newly configured language.

After removing Adobe Creative Cloud applications, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove?
Rename it as Adobe Creative Cloud-old.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.

Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall.

(3) in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

5) click on the "Network settings" button once again, make sure that "Automatically detect settings" is the only option you select, the window of properties of LAN so clear.
Step 5:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.
