I need help with a technical problem
I'm using Elements 8. The problem is that I can click on the clone brush, but the computer? don't clone anything. I get a message that there is an error. Problem is, the box with the message doesn't tell me what error or how to remedy the situation. Any help please.
I just found out what I was doing wrong. When I should have used the Alt button, I used the keyboard control button. The Clone tool works now.

Ladies and gentlemen, I've been at this for two days and am desperately needing help. At the moment my editing in Premiere Pro is completely blocked because of a bizzare picture problem. I am 100% glued and impossible to change.
When I add a picture of my bin, it's ok. Then I add a second and it seems fine. But all the photos I add after this show as the first image. Never forget that the name of the file appears correct.
The image itself, as well the thumbnail and the image in the timeline, etc. are just the first image.
I restarted, rebooted, started new projects with new settings, cleared the cache first Pro... Nothing works.
Video is not a problem. Only images. And now I'm dead in the water as a result.
Look at this screenshot. See how the other as the second picture they are all the same? Well, they shouldn't be. But they are. And I'm stuck and cannot change at all as well.
WTH is going on here?
I have Premiere Pro 5 on a PC from Adobe Production Premium.
Is a question I've had recently in the middle of editing that Premiere Pro will start in line video that has already been fulfilled previously.

Since you have never had this problem with image files
in before cs5, I'd be inclined to turn to the source
images that caused this problem to emerge
If I remember correctly this problem, it has to do with the
"image" header written to image files,
and it also seems that the problem was unique to the .jpg images
first merges by header information and duplicate images
Open in ps and resave images re-written the header information
for a State that is correctly read by first

Need help with work flow problem: a single e-mail notification non-stop.

We have created an approval Workflow custom PO based on the standard PO approval workflow and we had it for awhile now. Last week, we had a problem where the notification keeps on sending e-mail to suppliers and buyers. We discovered that the notification_id given in table WF_NOTIFICATIONS keeps having updated by the minute affecting the MAIL_STATUS Invalid then SENT back, then back to INVALID again and so on. We think that what is updated in this table is the cause, but so far we have not found what is updated. Here are a few of our instance.

-Creating custom attribute XX_PO_WF_EMAIL_PERFORMER and set as an interpreter to the XX_EMAIL_PO_PDF_SUPP notification.
-Created the custom XX_ADDTL_STARTUP_VAL function right after "Set Workflow start values of service." This function sets the #WFM_CC attribute and the XX_PO_WF_EMAIL_PERFORMER attribute.
Not sure if the customizations have nothing to do with the question since not all POs have this problem. Anyone have this experience? Appreciate help with this.

Need help with solving a problem of component inking!
I have not had any problems with the following programs (new laptop), at first with Windows Journal, sticky notes, handwriting recognition and the cutting tool. After six months, these programs do not work. Windows Journal: failed to start, error during initialization of the inking, sticky components: doesn't work do not restart 80004005, handwriting recognition: ink does not work on your computer now, snipping tool: ERROR now right does not not on your computer. I don't know if these problems are associated with Notea, trial version has expired. or somethig to do with Microsoft Office, I got office 2007 school (brought, because of specific classes taken) or else I did! I tried several thing in the help section and nothing works!
It would really help if you could point me in the right direction!

I own a model 2209WA monitor. She was purchased in March 2010.
Recently, I found that there was a visible gray streak in the center of the screen and ran a diagnostic test as described on the forum.
I was not able to reproduce the problem on STFC, but on FPDBIST I found that the streak was no longer a gray spot on the left center of the screen on a gray background.
I would definitely solve the problem because the problem is obvious enough to distract you. If not repairable by myself, I would ask for a warranty replacement, but I can't try to find the State of the order associated with my account, because it doesn't show any order beyond two years in the past, and I understand that the monitor had initially warranty period of three years. If there is any way I can get a copy of the draft of the order or shipping confirmation that I would be very grateful.
As a result, more information on the monitor:

Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.
Restore point:
Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.
Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...
Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

Download the Vista software from the link above.
After installing above ISO burning software, right click on the Knoppix ISO file > copy the Image to a CD.
Knoppix is not installed on your PC; use only the resources of your PC, RAM, graphics etc.
Change the boot order in YOUR computer/laptop to the CD/DVD Drive 1st in the boot order.
Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.
When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.
Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.
Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).
Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.

When I open the browser, I don't see is a totally white screen of white, with all the toolbars at the top.
I know that my physical connections are very good: I have tested the modem, turned the pc market etc and I can also receive/send emails.
This problem started today, September 8, 2011 and has never happened before.
Is it a coincidence that Firefox itself to day before I disconnected yesterday evening? Could this be something to do with this particular new update?
I also noticed that just before I "opened" Firefox, I now get a small box indicating:

One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.
Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

Hello HP assistants.
I need help for a specific problem. My laptop came with an installation of Windows 8.1. Then I upgraded to 10 Windows when it became available. After a while, I decided to uninstall Windows completely (to wipe the hard drive) and install a Linux operating system.
Now, I decided that I want to use some software that is not available on Linux and if I want to reinstall Windows 10. My problem is that Windows has completely disappeared in a form any. So now, I need to download Windows 10 from an official source (which I think can be done fairly easily from the official source of Microsoft, although if there is a better, HP official medium to do this then please recommend it) and then I need to activate Windows some how.
As has been made clear, I have the right to use Windows 8.1 and 10 but I would need to download Windows 10 and turn it on. Is there a way to do this? I'm literally stuck without solution.

As long as the previous installation of Windows 10 had activated Ok after upgrade from 8.1, you can simply perform a new installation as described in the guide on the following link. Note: On the activation screen, select "I don't have a product key" - Windows will activate automatically once installation is complete.

Need help with network home using Airport extreme
I need help with my home network. I'm not very aware when it comes to all things network. Here's how my network is currently set up.
Cable modem to Airport Extreme for Gigabit Switch. Cables come out of the switch to all areas of the House. I have 2 other extreme airport connected in other rooms of the House directly on the wall that dates back to the switch. I hope I am explaining that properly.
My problem is that this seems to have caused some of my connections cable does not work. When everything is configured, it has worked well. All connections in the House worked. Then we have disconnected one of the extreme airport and moved to another location in the House to have the best wifi coverage. Since that time, a lot of the ethernet wall plugs are not working. For example, when I plug in my Macbook Pro in making ethernet in my kitchen, it says connected but it has an assigned ip address and cannot connect to the internet.
Any help you can provide would be great.

But it is likely that something (or someone) has tampered with the settings.
The layout is fine... but you can cause problems with the network by creating a loop.
This can happen because the AE you moved is connected wrongly... somewhere in the network it is connected to the switch again.
Or AE is set to expand wireless... It's FAKE... It will loop the network on the back main EI wireless.
Unplug the two AE you have that function as extensions...
Turning off everything else... then it works again...
Do it in this order.
Modem... Wait 2 min
AE... Wait 2 min
Switch.
Now check that the network is working properly... power of customers in various locations and make sure everything is good.
If so, then manually reset the two AE of factory and redo their installation.

Lenovo today released a new bios update for Y40-80 laptops, I did the update and, so far, the error message that I posted above has not appeared again so set the mite of update of the bios not sure yet, I'll keep up to date on this subject and write again soon

Go to the HP website, search for sp37394-XP sp3 Upgrade utility Microsoft for systems equipped with AMD processors.
I had the same 0 x 80240036, 0x8024400a error, but realize my problem was really get manually downloaded sp3 and installed without continue loop crashing and not error messages.
