If it was in your email, then right-click and mark it as Spam or junk e-mail. However, your describtion, I guess it was in a Web page. If that were the case, close it or cancel download would be the best way and also remove the trash.
Make sure that you run anti-virus updated.

This usually indicates a kind of corruption of the profile you are trying to log-in.
You can try the following.
Shut down the PC. Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console. Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER. If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore. Pick a point to restore at least 24 hours before the opening of the session the question and then perform the restore. When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.
Another option if the above does not help is as follows.
Shut down the PC. Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console. Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

Windows XP SP3 introduces a new .dll file that is named Wlanapi.dll. This file is installed in the %WINDIR%\System32 folder. Some installations of device driver for some third-party wireless network adapters also install a Wlanapi.dll file in the folder % WINDIR%\System32. If a third-party network adapter file is installed in this folder before installing Windows XP SP3, the Wlanapi.dll file that is associated with the network adapter is replaced by the Windows XP SP3 installation file.

I get a dll error message that says: "the application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\kizinone.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
I went to the system registry to find the file it refers and is not a he. I ran a norton registry cleanup and a virus scan. I did find something online that made reference to this dll file. You don't need to restart immediately, but next time you do, you will get a dialog box saying that you have used the utility. Just check the box that says in effect, "don't mind to this subject again".

- Restart the Mac, that alone may be sufficient to correct the problematic applications and remove the error message
- If a restart does not fix the app, delete the application (simply drag it to the trash and do not empty), then restart the Mac App Store and download the app again through the purchases tab or by searching for the app manually
- Reopen once affected applications, they should now work properly
