  I found a way around it.  I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it.  I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.

  I work for a charity.  I thought I was ordering a "first month free" access to the photos of our Christmas appeal.
  I used it once, just once, back in November 2015 and didn't know that my charitable organization was paying every month since then.

  When I called to cancel the subscription, they hit me with a tax heavy addition $120!
  So, because of the very misleading advertising, my charitable organization paid $120 for 4 months of subscriptions not used (for a single photo!)

  and must now pay $ 120.

  Adobe should be ashamed of himself.  This practice of 'contract' is misleading.

  I used a prepaid credit card to set up a subscription. I realized I didn't really need the cloud of Adobe, so I tried to cancel it. But of course, no way to do it! Now, I tried again to contact support to cancel the subscription, but I can't. There is no option "chat or by telephone ' choice. I can't even log on the forums with my main account, so I used this account and... oh well, it works, because there is no subscription I think! It is a scam, nothing else.
