  I was having the same problem with the toolbar of Claro-research and tried many ways to remove it.

  Then, in Firefox, I went to the help option, then the option to solving problems, and I clicked on reset Firefox.

  There are two different versions of Flash, ActiveX for IE version and the version of the plugin used by most other browsers.
