The Inbox for one of my email accounts is damaged due to the large size and when I try to save my profile with mozbackup my computer falls down.

The Inbox for the e-mail in question account shows not all messages. I try to compact the file, and the computer crashes. When I try to use Comodo Backup to backup my hard drive of my computer hangs at the time that what happens to the Inbox. Even simply Thunderbird opening can cause the failed computer.

Ok. With Thunderbird closed. move this file to your desktop and delete inbox.msf.

Note that is is possible move or copy the file will also cause malfunction. If this is the case, your hard disk file allocation errors in Accessories > tools system on your Start menu, it is a check disk for errors option if I remember correctly
