  Maybe silly question: are you sure that you have a USB-6221 and not a USB-6212? The USB-6221 supports clocked DIO, but the USB-6212 is not working.

  If so, it is a special type of PDF form with Adobe LiveCycle Designer. And mobile applications of Acrobat Reader do not support these forms.

  I suggest for you please download the PDF document on your Windows or Mac desktop and open the same with the Acrobat reader DC desktop version.

  Not because of the number of pixels, in this photo and the chosen level of quality there is no possible way to create a JPG file to the size of file you requested. You must change your export settings.

  Show us a copy of the export dialog box, so we can see clearly the part file setting and the size of the Image.

  Also indicate the number of this image (width and height) pixels after cropping (as appropriate) and prior to export.

  Sorry, it's a little confusing. You get the screen "embarrassed" If Firefox crashed and is not able to automatically restore your previous session.

  That's what fixed it for me. I went to the HISTORY tab. Then click on "show all history". Then on to the left hand side choose / click on "DOWNLOADS". That should show you what is (by train) to download or is a (active) download (which explains why you get this pop up when you try to close Firefox browser). So now you have to click or select what list in the download of right hand box and click on the X in the upper right corner or you have to click so that he can remove it for download.
