  For me it looks like you might have a motherboard problem. Formatting removes the chance that it is a software problem. Try taking 1 stick of RAM and test with it. If she continues to crash, remove that stick and try it. If she does it with the two RAM then those who are ok. HARD drive is not the culprit, so now he could either be processor or MB.   As you cannot start your computer at all, I suggest to run a Startup Repair to repair the damaged boot system files and try to boot into normal mode. See the section: How to use Startup Repair in the following link.

  If this does not help, try to boot from a disc to install Windows 7 on the Windows recovery environment mode and then try to run the Startup Repair tool and check if you are able to start normally with mouse and keyboard.

  Right click on the desktop and select Personalize.

  Look to see what theme is chosen it. You can select an Aero theme or the Windows basic theme to get the look of Windows 7.

  If you buy a commercial version of win7 you are provided with the installation dvd of bit versions and a unique activation key. You cannot install both versions.

  Most of the programs will install without problem in a 64-bit version of victory, there is very little that will not be installed on Windows 64-bit.

  You install programs as usual, you don't need to change any settings or install to anywhere other than their default locations. -C' IE you do not manually select the x 86 folder or any other folder.

  Why add and remove program does NOT work on some programs. These are programs on a computer that was created using a process of the image. Like ghost?

  If you have a third party app that will not uninstall, I think I might check the support page for this application and see what they have to say about it.

  Some AV products have obtained quite complicated that add/remove programs is not the recommended way to remove them, so some companies have developed their own removal procedures and some have special programs to manage their affairs.

  You could use the system restore and roll back to a point just before that you have installed the drivers.

  A little advice about these utilities "update Driver", ditch just them!  Basically, they cause more harm than good, and some of them are dangerous simple!  You don't need those utilities and nine times out of ten people update their drivers for no other reason that they think that the new drivers are better than work perfectly those they already have.
