  I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW.   As far as I saw, most of the smartphones will automatically recognize it these days, as long as the number is written in a format of regular phone number. This format also allows to make images or text other than a telephone number in a tap to call the link.

  I have always considered learn HTML and CSS, a bit like chess.

  Literally takes minutes to learn the basic rules of each.

  After that, he is working on how the basic rules of the two fit together to produce page layouts and formatting of the effects you're after. That takes months or years, but you don't need to control everything to create great websites. A lot of great music is based on only 3 strings.

  Apologies that you have faced this issue with the extensions Manager, can you please follow the steps below and let us know if it works for you.

  Sorry, we have not clean workaround, there is a somewhat destructive solution, where in all your extensions previously installed for all products Adobe will be deleted, you need to take note of all the extensions installed for each Adobe product and install them one at a time after you follow the steps below.

  1 Goto under folder and remove it completely

  Win: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Extension Manager CS6

  Mac: / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CS6

  2 Goto under folder and remove it completely

  Win: %Appdata%\Adobe\Extension Manager CS6

  Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CS6

  Please note the difference in the path of Mac, there is an extra ' ~ ' to the point n ° 2

  3 uninstall the Extension Manager CS6 with Remove preferences.

  4. now install Extension Manager CS6

• Design view of Dreamweaver CC 20141 gone - what then?

  First Adobe disapproves the server behaviors, now they are removing AutoResize?  I am amazed.  The Design mode is the ONLY reason I use Dreamweaver!  (It's more than one browser for fast code in split view). Live view mode only has NEVER worked in a practical and usable way and still seems very eccentric at best in this version 20141.

  Adobe, please do not delete useful tools like this!  What is intended; drop the support for extension?  Some of us have to earn a living through these tools.

  Please help me understand, Adobe.  Why not keep the design mode in option?

  If you see it in the selection list, you work with layouts fluid grid.  But don't panic. You have two options.

• New web design - learn Dreamweaver first?

  I welcome the Dreamweaver community.

  After 30 years in print design, I finally made a decision to learn a little something about web design. With this goal in mind, when I updgraded to CS6, I bought "CS6 Design and Web Premium" package. The package includes Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash Pro. But I'm a bit confused where to start.

  I always buy the Adobe "Classroom in a book" series to learn the basics or new aspects of Adobe products. All three applications have equivalents of the IPC and I think I'll but the first IPC Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash Pro?

  So that demand, it's the right direction? I noticed on some forums of discussion that some use Fireworks more than Dreamweaver: I want to just make sure I'm on the right track.

  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  30 years - which is an experience that you have up your sleeve!

  Web Design, fine, it works this way. It is in 2 parts - to start:

  • Design / layout / layout / wired / UI (two see it differently) - but the end goal is the same - to create the "design", in itself, that your site will look like
  • Development / slicing / Compositing / CSSing / PSD - CSS (again, different references) - make the "design", you did in an application such as Photoshop or Fireworks to be "web-friendly" - in other words, making .html and .css files that are the "basics" for a Web site

  Most web developers (including me) use Photoshop to create cuts of design (PSD files) we send back a million times the customer to get their approval. Then "decide" elements such as backgrounds, boxes, etc... Then open Dreamweaver, write the tag ""-which is the 'what' you want to display on your website (content, tables, boxes, widgets, snippets, etc...). Then, 'style' using 'CSS' Web site - for the match at the "PSD" that the customer had approved.

  That's it: I don't know if I could have put it more!

  CSS - Cascading Style sheet - is a piece of code that tells browsers how your website should be displayed. Height, spacing, margins, width, color, type of display, etc... With the birth of CSS - 3, things are even easier. A few key elements that can make the CSS-3 are lets say, Gradients, rounded edges, etc... (for which, you had to use a real .png or .jpg image in CSS - 2). Now, CSS - 3 can give you the same exact effect with no use of an image.

  HTML - now that HTML5 quickly supplanted the old web standards, you have decided to start your 'web journey' at the right time, I would say. HTML5 has infinite possibilities of creation 'sensitive' Webdesign - reactive, which means Monotype, multi-devices - for desktop computers, Tablet & mobile phones.

  With all that said, that Dreamweaver CS6 has some great tools for HTML5 standards like 'fluid Grid Layout"- with which you create 1 design, code 3 different documents CSS and BAM - your website will be optimized for all devices 3.

  Fireworks - certainly usable for web design. CS6 Fireworks has also some great tools such as 'Generator of CSS' gives you the CSS code for an item of the chosen design - in other words, the design in Fireworks, go over it, fireworks will generate the CSS code for you.

  jQuery - you should watch this - a few great 'plugins' that you can use in your website design / development. Now that 'Flash' is a kind of death (modern Pocket PCs do not support Flash), jQuery is your friend. Best part is completely open source.

  The next step - dynamic Web sites - as its name suggests, you can get in the construction of more "interactive" sites - such as a shopping cart, etc... then once you get a good shot of some basic CSS HTML &. And if you decide to use jQuery, you will get also a script - what is essential to build interactive websites as you progress.

• Develop a photo?  When do what then?

  I'm new to lightroom.  Love it so far.  I have an external hard drive that I put in place to store photos and the catalog.   My question is this.  After I import a picture and I get it adjusted to the way I like it, what should I do then?   I need to export it to a hard drive external or is it saved it automatically?  In Lightroom, it seems that I remember one video tutorials for learning said it the original is never altered.  So if I want to see the original again where can I find? Just a little confused on these issues. Thanks for any help.

  Any development you in LR is stored in the catalog LR; the image itself is not changed. When you reopen the same image in LR, the original image is loaded from the hard drive and the changes to stored in the catalog are applied to the display of the image.

  Outside of this process that works automatically and you don't have to 'save' there is the possibility to save the changes to develop in an xmp file - also known as sidecar file. This occurs when you click . But it is a possibility, it is not a necessity. In addition, when you click on the original image is not changed; any changes to develop are written to the xmp file. Either way, the process is a little different with images of the DNG file: when you hit changes are not written in an XMP file, but in the "header" of the file. But even once the pixels of the image are not changed.

  Only when you export the image is a new picture created and the LR develop changes are written to the pixels of the image.

  How to return to your original image after you did some changes in LR? There are several possibilities:

  (a) in the history panel (on the left side in the develop Module) return to the first step recorded you here which should tell . It's your image, without any change in LR.

  Any changes made in LR - develop not only changes, but also changes to the metadata (such as title of the image, caption) are written in the catalog, not in the picture.

  So, LR is working properly, you always need two things: your image file and the LR catalog.

• My firefox is broken, doesn't load pages Web correctly, already filled every regular 'problem solving' steps, what then?

  Some pages Web opens in Firefox, but most will not. My google search bar is broken, and my bar of yahoo search that shows only the broken pages. The adresse_web bar is very little and will open just a few sites. Some who does not include google, wikipedia, youtube, and yahoo.

  I have already completed most of the steps of the 'fixing' issues, including reset, start in safe mode, uninstall and then reinstall remove completely. I added firefox to my firewall allow list. He has done nothing to help the issue, but lost all my favorites, add ons and preferences. I'll have to use google chrome just to get help for firefox.

  Even in safe mode, the problem persists. What should I do to get my firefox working again?

  Thanks for the advice, however another user on the forms of support has been able to provide assistance which solved the problem.

  I would add that by removing and deleting all the data on my computer with firefox, it essentially removed everything that you suggested and also himself removed from my firewall (which I checked before and after). The resettlement of fees and changing the firewall/antivirus do not fix the issue.

  If this does not work, try changing your DNS server. It was the only thing that worked for me when I met similar problems.

  Clear my DNS Cache memory and restart the computer immediately solved the problem. I hope that this information is useful in the future to diagnose and repair problems.

  Back up your data before you go back to the factory settings, because it will be normally lost.

  There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

  Choose what suits you best.

  There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

  And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.
