  Once you have the choice of loan on the first image,

  Use the move tool (see the below screen shot for the moov tool), and then drag the selection to the first image on the secondary image tab.

  As soon as you place the cursor on the second image the second image tab will open and now you can place the cutting on the second image.

  It will automatically create the layer for you.

  Open place background image using image file location to another in the second image menu use the transformation of the place to the size of the second picture across the background. Add a layer mask to the layer. Paint with black on the layer mask to erase the background of the images placed cutting the subject. Or add a black and white top layer mask to reveal the subject of the painting.

  This isn't something I do often, but thought that I discovered recently.
  
  Basically I have a few icons on a white background, I want to cut rounds, to copy on a gradient as background to the bottom of this page:

  I've been playing with the magic wand - white area selection tool, and then select reverse, copy and paste the part of the icon...
  
  And with transparent GIFs etc. of the index, but cannot get it in past in any well, as you can see above.
  
  It is probably feasible with better results?

  1. what exactly happens when you try to copy / paste?
  2. do you receive any error messages?
  3. did you of recent changes on your system prior to this problem?

  Method 1: I suggest to try the steps mentioned below and check if it helps to solve the problem.

  Step 1: Start the computer using safe mode with networking.

  (a) Remove all floppy disks, CDs and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer.
  (b) If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the button F8 as your rebooting the computer.
  (c) you need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears.
  (d) if the Windows logo appears, you need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then stop and restart your computer.
  (e) in the display Advanced Startup Options, use the arrow keys to select the desired mode safe mode with networking option and press enter.
  (f) log your computer with an user account with administrator rights.

  Check to see if the problem persists in Mode safe mode with networking. If the problem does not occur in Mode safe mode with Networking if you please try the next step.

  I want to be able to have a simple shot that will allow me to paste a particular image in a conversation in Messages... It is the same image that I want every time. But I want to avoid having to go to Messages, search for image copy and then turn over Messages to paste.  I didn't need the script to automatically display the message, simply cut and paste of the pictures folder so that I am in Messages in a new message to the existing message thread (it makes no sense to me). Be good for this service in the Messages and be available to a hot key combination!

  I want to use the heart punch and cut out just the part of the image in heart shape and paste it into a WORD document.  How do you do that? I'm new to Photoshop Elements.  Use of aid has not helped.

  If your using the punch (not one of the shape tools) tool all

  In an earlier version of pages, I could copy and paste tabs, as well as breaks line or "go back". I use this feature a lot then the processor who ends up going inside a spreadsheet and visca versca.

  In the most recent version of Pages, I think that cutting and pasting of the tabs is available in all simply copy the tab character and paste it into the Find/Replace dialog box. (And a shortcut of 'Option-tab' inserts a "tab" character in the Find/Replace dialog box.)

  But cut and paste newlines or line returns no longer seem to work (or fact is old keyboard shortcut 'Option-return'.  This feature has gone completely outside, or modified or?

  Anyone know?

  Just tested the latest version of the Pages.

  Option-tab peut be used in the dialog box search to search for a TAB

  I can select a tab in the text and paste it into the search box and it is as expected

  Shift + return produced a line break, and this also can be copied and pasted into the Find dialog box

  I can't locate 'Find & Replace"of carriage return anyway, page break, column etc. break section break that had Pages 09... most have disappeared when Apple introduced 5 Pages.

  I've recently been investigating scripts in InDesign and I have a problem to solve that exceeds my, base, understand.

  I used Rorohiko "Lightning Brain text exporter" to extract text (rtf) of a book.

  The text contains countless anchor text blocks. I would like to be able to select all the text in the block of text anchored, cut and paste it into the document where the anchor element is referenced, and then remove the anchor text (now empty) block.

  To cut an image so that it has a form of ellipse, you must use the elliptical selection tool.

  Open Photoshop, then open your photo file. Double-click the photo layer in your layers palette to unlock the layer:

  

  Once you have double-clicked the layer, a dialog box will appear asking you to specify certain properties such as changing the name of the layer, opacity, etc. You can change these if you want, but for now, we will leave them in their default settings. Click 'Ok' to continue.

  

  Now that the layer is prepared and ready to be edited. Go to your toolbar. Find the box tool selection Rectangle, by default, that he has to have the rectangle tool set. To retrieve the elliptical selection tool, click and hold pressed down and a window with more pop tools - up will appear. Select the elliptical marquee tool.

  

  Now click and drag your image to an Ellipse. You will get a selection area marked by a perimeter of "mobile dash" around the selection of the Ellipse:

• Cut away pieces of forms

  I created a model that has many forms in it. Some forms are hanging out in front of the rectangular slab that is in the back of all forms. No problem with the model.

  But now I want to cut out the pieces of model forms that are not rectangular tile - not all forms, just the parts that are expanding outside of the tile. I tried the Pathfinder commands, but none of them seem to do the job. Splitting paths with the knife and then tool by removing the works of surplus parts, but it is very difficult to make a specific slice.

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  You can do the dirty work and:

  (1) create a path enclosing the tile;

  (2) select all and object > clipping mask > make.

  (3) in the drop-down list the palette/Panel transparency check something other than Normal;

  (4) object > flatten transparency (default settings including 100% vector).
