  • How to use the sim card that comes with my thinkpad tablet 3G version?

I got my tablet from newegg and my Tablet comes with a sim card AT & T, how to use this map? I have to go to the AT & T sign a contract and activate store? I'm in the United States
    Thank you!

At & t will put you on a laptop data plan which is more expensive than a plan of "ipad." If you can, find an IMEI of an Ipad and use the sim card number and the IMEI number of the Ipad for you sign up for a plan of cost reduction. Call them to implement. Using an online form or walk into a store At & t will be very frustrating.

PS: it is there no contract that your device is not supported by anyone - you own. It will be a month of service. If you don't sign up, free of charge.

What, the bonus is a kick butt gps integrated 3G wwan card. Enjoy!

  • Smartphones blackBerry Sim Card

Hello! I would be grateful, if anyone can inform me. I destroyed the Sim Card from my BB Torch. I could buy another of my career, keep the same phone number? Thank you.

Yes, you would hold the same number.  Your carrier would say - associate your cell in the old SIM card number and attach it to a new.

    I hope that helps you.

Hi, I have Internet data in my package and I just switch to an iPhone a 4S 5, I have to change my number to my new sim card and all is works well but when I go out I do not receive my internet, No 4 G or 3 G appears in the corner, everything is turned on?

Contact your carrier and make sure that your account is configured correctly. Then go to settings/general/to comments and press the network name; This will cause the exceptional carrier updates to install (you will see a dialog box saying if an update is needed). In addition, go to settings/general/reset - Reset network settings if none of these fix. You will lose the WiFi passwords, but nothing else.

  • Hello. Dear Apple, I just want to know y iPad 2 Air cannot make phone call or what app or SIM card text have number can you improved

Hello. Dear Apple, I just want to know y iPad 2 Air cannot make phone call or what app or SIM card text have number can you improved

    Thank you

There is nobody here from Apple, just we users.

WhatsApp has not been developed for the iPad. Ask the developers.

The iPad can't make a phone call because it is not a phone.  But there is a choice of applications such as Skype to make calls over the internet.  The SIM card in an iPad has data only.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones seen number of entries stored on your sim card.

    Hello

Does anyone know how to display the number of contacts stored in your phone's sim card? I have no idea where the option is. Thank you

I don't know about many of them, but you can view them in the address book by going to the address book, by pressing the menu key and selecting Directory sim card.

  • Built-in SIM card problem

Anyone heading the question where they took contact with care of apple and the representative on the other end does not have the product you are calling for?

I recently had to replace my iPad 9.7 Pro at a local Apple store warranty. There was a glimmer of hope in the quadrant display cooer right. It was not extreme, but once I have the sewing, my eyes always went straight to the it later. Given that the unit was only a few months, that I wasn't old too satisfied to "just deal with it" then I won him in and ultimately they replaced. There is one thing that I like Apple, they really take care of their customers. Then I proceeded to drive home and get on the phone with AT & T to activate it, because the iPad was originally purchased at home and put on my plan.

After getting nowhere with AT & T customer service they transferred me to Apple Care because I didn't have an ICCID under settings/general/to words. After connecting the Apple Care representative I explained the problem. To my surprise, he had no idea on the SIM Apple integrated and kept asking me where was my old SIM and I need one to get cellular service. Now, I knew that this was not correct and I've tried very carefully explain that there is no SIM external it was enabled on the embedded SIM card, however, they guy fought me on it and sounded quite confused throughout the call. I also tried to activate it under the iPad option settings/cell/Add cell phone carrier/transfer again. This option does not work for me, because it has to do with a different plan type (I have or the representative didn't know) he says also my user name and password are incorrect, but it wasn't. I logged in full on the site without problem. As a result of this he told me to change my password for AT & T and that has not worked, it wouldn't have worked anyway, but now I know, it's just so that you can see the traces of events here. I was then left on hold for 15 minutes be say I have to call my service provider.

Just for the forum of reference for the iPad all Pro (to the United States at least) are made with a built-in SIM card, but also have a nano SIM tray for travel abroad. For those who don't know no way "embarked", it is built in the electronic device and is not removable. Why do that and do all sorts of confusion? It is designed to allow a smaller unit and is supposed to give more options for the selection of a carrier.

To resolve this problem, I took my replaced iPad 9.7 Pro at my local AT & T store the next day (today) to configure the built-in SIM card. They had me past in less than 5 minutes. Namely, if someone runs into his question, you need to tell the person you talking if theres no ICCID then its either one wifi device or if you are using a device with a built-in SIM card. They will have the provision to the CSN, which is a very long alphanumeric number located in settings/general/to comments made by verses the low only with the IMEI (obviously).

I'm just surprised that the 'experts' Apple Care had no idea what the hell I was talking about. I am an engineer 'EM and work on industrial equipment. Also, I have a technical support for hardware, software, networks and applications, so I have a bit of history and know how to get my message. I too am a former user of Windows and Android who migrated to apple for its ease of use, robustness and quality, and outstanding customer service. I now own the iPad Pro, mini iPad 9.7 4, Apple TV (3rd generation) and Mac Mini (late 2014). All of which are excellent products that I use every day and that he loves her. I also participates actively in the public beta program Apple with iOS 10 and Sierra of MacOS. Apple, if you listen... Take note that when a supervisor does not know the iPad Pro is manufactured with a built-in SIM, theres a problem.

  • How to remove iMessage, if I can't use the old SIM card?

I've traveled abroad and used a temporary SIM card with my iPhone 6.

Now I'back home, inserted my regular SIM card but iMessage continues to try to register with the temporary number, I used abroad.

Although I always temporary SIM card, it is useless in my country and that's why I can't receive the confirmation code to unregister the temporary application number.

How can I reset iMessage or know that I need to register with my local number and not the temporary?

Tried everything and read a number of forums, but nothing seems to work.

  • Change of SIM card to a new carrier. I lose all my contacts, applications, etc.?

IF I receive authorisation unlock and get back on with another carriers SIM card, will I lose all my data, contacts, applications, etc.?  Or information are acquired to the iPhone 6?

N ° sim card contains only your number and carrier.

It has nothing to do with the data on your phone, contacts or Apps. Those who remain on the iPhone.

  • iPhone sim card

I got an iPhone AT & T 6, but I lost it.  I went to AT & T to re-activate my old iPhone 5, and they put a new sim card in the iPhone 5 with my number on it.  I have since found my iPhone 6.  I wonder if what I have to do trade on phones sim cards to make this an active or if I need to go to an AT & T store to do it for me.

Ask AT & T.  You can call using 611 from your iPhone or any phone (800) 331-0500.  This number works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Authentication required each time new sim card entered the Iphone

After the new update apple this week of May 18, 2016, whenever you change the sim card, you will need to re - authenticate your apple ID.  It's very embarrassing for people who travel often and use the dual sims or will frequently use different sim card for different countries.  It's that apple has not even given the user a choice to turn off his mandatory.  Especially when you travel to a new country and buy a new sim card and activate it using your iPhone, it becomes almost impossible since you need to first find a journal in your iPhone and then active sim card wifi, making it an extremely difficult process.

While some may want this feature, it is not logical for everyone. Ask apple to make this optional choice / deleting it or explain how to get rid of.

Your iCloud account and iMessage active on the phone?  If so, Yes, it will require you to do whenever you change the SIM card and that is never going to change. You can try to connect on iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime and see if she is no longer doing this.  But as long as you use the services of Apple (and find my iPhone with iCloud), which are related to the phone in use with the device number, you will be prompted to confirm whenever you switch SIMs.

  • Change of sim card to untie the old imessage with new imessage

    I sent a few imessages someone (e, g).

    -If I disable imessage.

-So, if I change my SIM without changing my number and change my apple ID.

-Then I dump imessage on the use of new apple id and the new sim card, but with the same previous number.

Now, if I send imessage on A, a will receives imessage in previous messages page or another page.

Imessages (imessage old and new imessage) will link together or not?

If you disconnected iMessage, jumped into a new SIM card with a different number on this subject and enabled new iMessage [ID Apple not held] with this new number, a different conversation thread would start to Messaging. They will not bind together.
