  I'm not 100% sure, but so far I have not found any processors used in this laptop in another BGA package. If I'm not mistaken, unfortunately this means that it is soldered to the motherboard.

  I have Flex 2-15 and suffered from the same problem. By trial and error, I found that (although not documented) a specific version of the TPFanControl (http://www.staff.uni-marburg.de/~schmitzr/tpfc.html) does not work with my laptop. Opt for the 0.62e version. It is a cool utility, has several conditions of default security in standard BIOS procedures if something is still wrong. Temperature to the fan speed mappings are user adjustible, so you must refine your laptop (default values are designed for Edge E520, so don't not necesserily ideal).

  I'm having a problem with my Flex 15 touchscreen. I can't use the touch more. I tried to check the Device Manager, but found no driver installed touchscreen. I had this problem when I have not used/turned on my laptop for almost weeks of towing. I've already tried some I read on the forums, but the results were the same.   I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to refine the question in order to provide you with better assistance.

  1. The issue has started happening recently?
  2. You did it any significant hardware or change software on the computer before this problem?

  This problem occurs when there is that no updated drivers are there for the material. As you have tried most troubleshooting including reset, I suggest you try to install the updated for touchscreen drivers and chipset drivers and check if it helps.

  Method 1:

  Uninstall and reinstall the driver for Interface devices and check the issue. 

  Follow the steps below to uninstall the drivers.

  1. Press the Windows key + X , and then select Device Manager.
  2. You can search for Devices of Interface and expand it.
  3. Right-click on the Devices of Interface and select Uninstall.
  4. Restart your computer. Windows will install the generic drives after reboot.

  Look for the question, if it persists the passage to the next method.

  Method 2:

  Uninstall and reinstall the chipset drivers and display drivers.

  Follow the steps in method 1 to uninstall display drivers and chipset drivers but it does not restart, you need to download the driver from the link below.

  I just bought a refurbished Lenovo taking Flex 15 and it does not appear that the fan is running. I transferred some pictures on the HARD drive and it got extremely hot, but the fan never came. I read in another post that update the BIOS might help, but the Flex 15 driver/support download page does not load.

  In fact, I got the fan works for someone who cares. There was a slight clicking sound coming from the it. (click, click, click on...) I turned the laptop on the side (running) for about 30 seconds and started the fan turning. Not sure if something he obstructs or if dust is causing, but it works now. • Flex 14 issue of Audio in Jack / headphones

  Hey, I have a flex 14 ideaPad and until recently all worked without problem audio-wise (when headphones have been and is not plugged in), except for randomly a couple of days, when I plugged the headphones in the plug and no sound came through the headphones or the speakers, although the headphones were detected by the laptop. When I unplugged the sounds would come again through the speakers.

  I tried again with a different set of headphones, but the problem came back that lead me to believe that the problem is with the laptop, after searching solutions online, I decided to remove it and then reinstall the Player audio (Realtech HD Audio Manager). This fixed the problem for a few days, but now the same problem is back. I'm confused as to whether this is a hardware/software problem based as when I reinstalled the driver he solves the problem, so he could not really related material being.

  If anyone knows what is the problem? Should I just continue to remove and reinstall the driver? Once again the helmet are detected by the laptop, they do not appear as their own reading device (is it always the case?)

  The configuration of Realtek on the Flex has Windows only show a single, common system for all the audio outputs.

  Here is the latest driver from Realtek. If the problem persists after, I would recommend a warranty call.
