If someone calls and tells me to see computer management have I been hacked?

I do not download anything either and I do not give any personal information.

He asked me if I found warnings or errors, I said that I had.  He asked what numbers have been associated with the event.  Then I hung up.
I was worried that he would have got access to my computer.  Is this possible?
Thanks for the help
Q

Do not give what you have.  You are well.

Nobody's-going to start the call with you on your computer.  Just like everything else you want to fixed - you have either had to implement this personally prior with the knowledge they would call you if there are problems (as a residential - and even security system then it will be a password or a way to prove that all stakeholders should be involved) or you will need to bring things to be considered.
