  in fact, we aim to generate trace file for reports and a convert to text file using tkprof by simultaneous program unix shell script submit using fnd_request.submit_request in another program of concurrent proceedings. but all the reports that are created by using pl/sql generates the trace file, but rdf report does not trace file.
  
  Report generator Oracle 6i is used
  
  Oracle application is 11i
  
  List of measures are being taken to get the trace file are
  1.SRW. USER_EXIT (' FND SRWINIT' "); before the release of report
  2SRW. USER_EXIT ("FND SRWEXIT'"); in after the report
  
  another of the measures which are followed
  SRW.do_sql ("alter session set SQL_TRACE = TRUE'"); before release of the report
  SRW.do_sql ("alter session set SQL_TRACE = FALSE'"); in after the report
  
  above, said steps are done, but still it does not arouse any trace file
  
  same oracle_process is null
  
  Select oracle_process_id from the fnd_concurrent_requests where request_id
  
  ID processOracle for this report oracle rdf file is not generated.

  Add the following line before the outbreak of report
  SRW. DO_SQL ("alter session set events = tracefile_identifier" trace 10046 name context forever, level 4 "=" REPORT ' ")

  Trace stops automatically when the report closes.

  In addition, what program submits the script fnd_request.submit_request... shell / pl/sql procedure?

  you initialize apps FND_GLOBAL. APPS_INITIALIZE before submit_request of shooting?

  I have about 10 (local users, not domain) users who are loging in Microsoft Server 2008 R2 to use accounting and planning software (using RDS) remotely. I would like to generate a report for the time spent to see how many hours each of them had been registered. Ideally, I would like to see all of last year (2011). Is it possible to do?   I did experiment with Foglight NMS for the past few weeks. I have search in the forums and hunts around the tool, but I've not found a way to generate a report on a custom period. For example, I would like to run a report, see use of bandwidth during opening hours. The only options I see is "last hour", "Last day", "Last week", etc. "." Is this possible?   While we do not have a report which shows the range you're looking for, you can see the use of bandwidth via NetFlow. I know it is not a report, but could be able to show the amount of data sent over the network for a period of time. Lies and must have the feature seen on the road map.

  If Yes, then I suggest to create views select links from the database and use them in the report.

  Also, be sure to apply the latest patch from developer 6i (#19).

  When you save the report in 10g then the file format will be different.

  It may not compile when you deploy in 11i system.

  If you work in ActionScript, it is the third option under "Advanced" in the publication settings.

  If you work in HTML5 Canvas, it is not an option because it is not really necessary... with HTML5, you can just look in the folder where your banner is published and display all images/assets and their file sizes here.

  The virtual machine has the properties of the host.  For your information "Model ESXi" use $_. VMhost.Model, $_ is the current information for pipeline for the virtual machine.  You did for the section "cluster".

  I would like to generate statspack report once per day and send automatically to my emial to important parts of this report. Right now I have this sript:

  Of course I remove the lines below that parse and send information to my email. It is important to me that those command works when I paste the line in perfstat session (from sqlplus), but when I run the script it receive an error ORA-20200. Of course, it is obvious that this snap_id exists because I select in statspack view! Question is, why this code works when I run line by line of sqlplus session, but does not work when run from a script? Someone at - it such a problem?

  As per step 3 mentioned in the link: generate XML data in the JDeveloper local system log window.

  RTF to create file based on XML data. Register with responsibility of XML editor.

  Now depending on the code that is mentioned in step 7, in the extended controller you can generate report.

  SUM (a.AMOUNT), SUM (b.LABOUR_AMT), SUM (c.AMOUNT) according to THIS amount CODE of these columns are not correct and there is one more problem if BILL_NO does not LAB_WORK_DTL JOB_CARD_DETAILS this table result shows NO DATA FOUND but BILL_NO is available in
  TRANSACTION_DETAILS this table.
  
  How can I generate this report.

  The SQL statement for the report on my page is:

  SELECT EMPNO, ENAME, SAL
  FROM EMP
  WHERE ':' || :P16_SAL || ':' LIKE '%:' || TO_CHAR(SAL) || ':%'
  ORDER BY SAL
  

  As previously mentioned, a multiple-selection list will return a list delimited by a colon of values when the page is submitted - example 1:3:5. If these data are transmitted in a URL, only the first value will be considered as everything after the first colon is ignored - this is because the parameters in the URL are divided by the colon as well. The end of a typical URL will be something like:

  ...P1_ITEMNAME:itemvalue
  

  Apex assigns Valeurelement to P1_ITEMNAME. If you need to pass values in several fields:

  ...P1_ITEMNAME1,P1_ITEMNAME2:itemvalue1,itemvalue2
  

  When you pass a list to multiple selection via the URL, you get:

  ...P1_ITEMNAME:1:3:5
  

  What Apex will perform as "set P1_ITEMNAME to 1"-the ": 3:5" is ignored because it is not part of the parameter 'values '.

  I suspect that it is actually what is happening in your case - if you look at the URL when you have passed to the report page, you will probably see all the values have been adopted but those after the first: are ignored.

  As long as you submit the page containing the selection list and do not clear the cache of the page you can still use the name of the item in the list to your report filter. For example, if you have the list on page 1 called P1_LIST and the report is on page 2, you can use the SQL for your report:

  SELECT EMPNO, ENAME, SAL
  FROM EMP
  WHERE ':' || :P1_LIST || ':' LIKE '%:' || TO_CHAR(SAL) || ':%'
  ORDER BY SAL
  

  Value of P1_LIST will be in session, the value is always available on page 2.

• Prompt values not reflected in reports.

  I created two reports both with two columns. The first column is the main dimension (an id that represents a specific entity) and is invited, the second column is the first colum with a filter in the standings. In this filter to the ranking, I also specify a ranking. So, if I specify grade 1 column 2 filter looks like this: WHERE (RANK ("-"USER.USER-ID ') = 1). In the second report, I specify the row 2.
  
  Then I create 2 new reports that have also the same ID column and other columns. These two reports are my 'real' reports In the id column I Specifies a filter as being a filter based on the results of another application. As you can guess, I choose the corresponding reports already mentioned as reference reports. I then place these 'real' reports on a page of dashboard with a command prompt. The prompt is set to the ID, the reports as a column and is of type "multiple selection".
  
  This was built to be able to show separate reports for the ID that I specify at the command prompt. Say I select id 100 and id 200 in the prompt, the dashboard shows two separate reports, one for id 100 and the other for the id 200.
  
  Now the problem:
  
  For some identifiers, however, the report is not generated. Although I'm sure that the identifier exists, the dashboard is back with the message:
  
  No results
  
  All data is not cause to the specified criteria. This is often caused by the application of filters that are too restrictive or contain incorrect values. Please check your filters to ask and try again. The currently applied filters are listed below.
  Rank (ID) is equal to 2.
  
  Does anyone know what could cause this?

  Attachment VI I work on.,.

  Here I am trying to generate a report by adding the chart picture in it and save the report in pdf format.

  But I coudnt able to save it as a pdf.

  In the path dialog box, even if I give the file name as. PDF, still i coundt able to print pdf and when I tried to open it became corrupt.

  Please help out of this

  I started on the path of 'save as PDF from the word' awhile, but I never got to complete the VI.  I think that you need to do is to use the "word get ActiveX References.VI" and document. SaveAs2 method (call the node).  You must connect an integer '17' to the variant "file format" entry.
