  I created a few sheets of database product and I am ready to start their download in British Colombia.

  I get an error message saying that the import has failed.

  I decided to take a small sample (~ 30 products) of all the data and try to load that... Fails again.

  I'll take a smaller sample (3-6 products) of this sample of 30 product and download it... It works!

  I process to transfer small portions of the technical details of the 30 until I went through all the... they work perfectly well.

  I then try to combine all the small samples that downloaded successfully in a single data file and download... BREAKS DOWN!

  In BC instructions for product database downloads it is said that the product 'name' can use only alphanumeric characters. I noticed that some of my product names have special characters that might cause an error. But then why would small portions of data successfully download while a sample with the same exact products fail? I even tried to get rid of all special characters in my product names, copy them and paste them into Notepad to remove any extra formatting created by excel, copy on a blank excel sheet, save it as a file delimited by tabs and transfer... FAILED!

  Makes no sense... How will download 5000 + products? 5-10 at a time? No question!

  The reason why we recommend that you submit a ticket and then joining the file is because the failures of import may due to various things, but it would take additional tests.

  Common failures can be linked to the absence of required columns, invalid syntax, etc.

  So, in cases involving imports, we suggest the following...

  1. Test on a fresh import file maybe with some elements (just to confirm the problem)
  2. Check the troubleshooting common problems

  I am importing PowerPoint files in Captivate 4 with the view with audio recorded separately on top of these PPT Slides.

  The PowerPoint file and associated slides to import with no problems. When I import the audio in the timeline view, it treats the MP3 file without any problem and adds the audio file to the library and the first slide. I can get the window asking me how I want to import the audio, to shich, I select the audio acorss to distribute several slides option.

  In previous versions of Captivate, the Audio sync popup then appears to allow me to choose at which points to divide the audio between slides. Unfortunately the Audio Synchronization window does not appear.

  My system Details are as follows:

  -PowerPoint 2007 slides

  -Captivate 4

  -Windows 7

  No reason as to why this problem occurs?

  Please try to open the Captivate as an administrator-

  Solution 1:

  1. go to the Captivate installation location. Generally, it is present here-

  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4

  2. right click the "AdobeCaptivate.exe' and select 'run as administrator '.

  3. now try to run the same steps. It should work

  If this does not work, try the following set of steps mentioned below.

  Solution 2:

  Close the Captivate and try the following.

  1. Identify the location of cmd.exe. Usually found in C:\Windows\System32\
  2. Click right-click on cmd.exe > select run as administrator
  3. Launches the command prompt
  4. Now, go to the Adobe Captivate 4 installation location. In your case, it may be C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 4
  5. Now, run the command regsvr32 NSAudio.dll
  6. Once you get a confirmation dialog box, run the next command regsvr32 WaveEditCtrl.ocx
  7. Again, you should get a confirmation dialog box.
  8. Now launch Captivate and try the same steps. It should work.

  Hi, sorry for my English, I solved this first remove what hides your real all this files where you have actually sent. Then go to

  C:\Users\YOUR WINDOWS USER \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common and delete all the files inside:

  Be cached anywhere

  Media cache

  Media cache files

  PTX

  then change to a new location of your cache files in the PREFERENCES / MEDIA

  then just reopen your project and wait for files compliant and that is all...

  This error means that the certificate and the private key in the p12 file don't match. Take a look at this post, which describes in more detail the creation and validation of your p12.

  I have not watched the certificate remains to be seen if this is indeed the expiration date.  Will look at this next...

  Hi Syed,

  I think you do the opposite on the directory stuff.

  The directory parameter is just to hold the log file. There is no file dumpfile required in IMPDP via dblink operations it's all cross-network.

  Basically, what is lacking is the DIRECTORY on the local server.

  Don't forget not also create the associated tablespace and remap if necessary.

  I question as what I need if I want to create the database form DMP fiir copy made by expdp full = y.
  Now I want to cretae this database by impdp full = y BUT I have an other paths (Windows system).
  Once a week I can finally cretae instance, instance of startup and now I struggle with this oracle 'user friendlY' to create the database.
  But what I need to import the database by impdp? I think that I need software Oracle - installed instance (oradim) and after (startup nomount) and what next cretae database? and adter import DMP file form?
  How can I create thid BD if I want the same, as it is in the dmp file?

  As the paths are different and you did export using utility datapump

  During the import, you want your data files on different paths...

  Thus, you should use Remap_datafile for sure and (if necessary) Remap_tablespace

  Thunderbird application Outlook nicely for your mail and on a basis of piece by piece Outlook puts it. No path. no conversion for Thunderbird. Thunderbird has no idea what a PST file is. I do it, it is a format of data owner belonging to Microsoft corporation. All Thunderbird knows is to ask outlook program.
