Importing a large HTML file

The solution, of course, is to divide a large HTML file into smaller pages. But I wonder if the error was down to RoboHelp or my system configuration.

The HTML file is 470 KB, extracted from a database table.

    After trying to import my favorites saved in an html file, using bookmarks > organize bookmarks > import and backup > import html, nothing is being updated from saved files

    This isn't "machine code", it's like a JSON backup file is formatted (except it usually shows no line breaks, it's a long line when displaying in most text programs or in Firefox). Rename a JSON file as HTML does not work, the formats are completely different.

    If you replace this file in jsonextension, you should be able to restore these data in Firefox.

    What is a pdf of a page?

    Could you provide the file for the test or is confidential?

    Anyway, why do you open in Photoshop? This will degrade if it is on the images in the pdf file that those could probably be opened individually and vector content.

  • Flex 3 bases of data and large Html files

    Hi guys,.

    New to flex and I have a question, any help would be much appreciated, I a database of sql server 2005 I use orb web is there to connect throu flex, I books stored in the database of each page of a book is a separate file and has in all html tags, what I would do , it is display one page at a time to the user and then have them click a button to go to the registration page, that I could handle in a datagrid, I suppose, but the text pages are quite large is there a component that would be better for a large page of text such as the component text if so could you give me an example of how bind it my data and how to stop the tags HTML appears as text, or if I could customize the layout of the data grid that could be a better solution.

    I posted an attempt to use a text component, but have failed so far:

    <? XML version = "1.0" encoding = "utf-8"? >

    " < = xmlns:mx mx:Panel ' http://www.Adobe.com/2006/MXML "layout ="absolute"width ="100% "height ="100% "title ="The Lord is near"> "
    < mx:Script >
    <! [CDATA]
    Import mx.collections.ArrayCollection;
    Import AlphaOmega.ActiveRecords;
    Import AlphaOmega.Alpha_Calendar;
    Import mx.controls.TextArea;

    public void GetTodaysLin (): ArrayCollection collection

    {
    Return ActiveRecords.Alpha_Calendar.findBySql ("SELECT Cal_ID, Cal_Text, Cal_Date, Cal_MP3 FROM Alpha_Calendar WHERE (Cal_Date = CONVERT (VARCHAR (30), GETDATE(), 102))" ");
    }
    []] >
    < / mx:Script >
    < mx:Text htmlText = "{GetTodaysLin}" width = "100%" height = "100%" id = "Lin" / >

    < / mx:Panel >

    Thank you

    GetTodaysLin seems to return a collection of ArrayCollection, but text 'text' property should probably not be an ArrayCollection collection. You should probably populate an ArrayCollection collection in creationComplete and then to initialize the text control with myAC.getItemAt (currentItemNum), where currentItemNum is a uint variable, and then subsequently and buttons to change the text using currentItemNum ++ or currentItemNum.

    currentItemNum should be can be linked with [Bindable], and you will need to make sure that the currentItemNum is not < 0="" and="" is="" not=""> = myAC.length ().

  • Export and import of large dump files.

    Hi all

    I'm using Oracle 11 g R2, and I need to export and import a 150 GB of an environment dump file to another.

    What would be most effective to do this? (cut the dump file? etc..)

    Thanks a lot for your help.

    Chichi.

    If the environments are similar you might consider using the transportable tablespace option of datapump, export metadata and simply copy the actual data files, you meet the criteria for this.

  • I want to replace my list of bookmarks with an import html file - how can I do this?

    I have a file of bookmarks in Firefox. I want to replace the file - delete the current as well as all bookmarks - import a new HTML file to bokmark to serve to my bookmark list primary.

    How can I do this?

    Thank you very much

    John

    You can delete the places.sqlite file and any backups JSON in the bookmarkbackups or move them to another folder if you want to keep a copy.

    Then, you can import this HTML file.

  • Hello, I just reinstalled Firefox 8.0 and imported my backup bookmarks.html file, but the bookmarks toolbar has not changed with my old favorites. Is this a problem or I have to manually add each bookmark again?

    don't know what details to tell you, that all important data are written in the question. Thank you.

    You have now two folders of Bookmarks Toolbar. One of the installation of Firefox (the main one) and a 2nd file to import a bookmarks.html file.

    Find the Bookmarks Toolbar folder that is under the bookmarks Menu folder and copy or drag ' drop these bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder that is above the bookmarks Menu folder.

  • I had to do a destructive recovery. Try to reinstall the bookmarks but the 8.0 new OS I installed does not ORGANIZE the FAVORITES so I can't import the. JSON file.

    I'm MISSING 'To ORGANIZE the BOOKMARKS' AND 'LIBRARY' IN 8.0, so I am obviously unable to follow the instructions given. I have Windows XP, not that it is important. I have the. JSON file stored in a hard disk external. Every website I've seen so far says to go to favorite bookmarks / organise and import from there, but there is NO organize bookmarks that I found in 8.0 so I have no idea how to do to import this file to install my old favorites.

    In addition, I don't have whatever it is labelled library either. AND I don't have any Add - ons that can be a problem.

    Organize bookmarks was renamed to display all bookmarks in the version of Firefox 4.0.

    Bookmarks > show all bookmarks or {Ctrl + Shift + B}

    BTW, you will need to restore this backup file JSON, import the bookmarks HTML files that have been exported from a web browser.

  • I can't have my favorites of IE 8 bookmarks Firefox (ver.25.0.1) even after export IE fav. html file and then import via the bookmark manager!

    using professional XP, hundreds of favorites in IE 8. I can't their in Firefox, either directly by the Bookmark Manager (show all bookmarks/importing data and backup/import from another browser OR exporting favorites in IE 8 to an html (fact) file and then get back Firefox Bookmarks and using bookmarks/show all bookmarks bookmarks-import and backup/import html file.) I find the file, double click on open, BUT nothing happens in the bookmarks library?

    It is not one case about others come more - nothing happens?

    Have you tried a search in bookmarks (library) Manager since some know bookmarks?

    Problems with bookmarks and history does not properly can be caused by a corrupted database places.sqlite file.

    You can check for problems with the database places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.

  • When you try to import the bookmarks to an html file, the command import does not appear in the toolbar.

    I have a desktop Mac running 10.7.5 and tries to import favorites from Firefox on an old Mac running 10.3.9. I exported the file to bookmarks to a file html with success and copied this file to the new Mac.
    The suggestion of using Firefox, I then tried to import the bookmarks into the html file but when I went to the bookmarks toolbar, there is no import option of any kind shown to proceed to the next step. What's wrong?

    In bookmarks (library) Manager is a tool bar with back and next button and three other buttons (organize, view, import, and backup).

    • The first button (gear) is organizing with base change the menu items for the bookmarks
    • The second button is the button in the view which allows you to change the sort order for the visualization of the purpose (sort is not permanently).
    • The third button (Star) is the import and backup button that allows to save and restore a JSON backup and import and export an HTML backup and import bookmarks from other browsers.

    Place each button to display the ToolTip or click on each one to see what they do.

  • Import data from another browser - only a few favorite IE9 are transferred in bookmarks. Solution HTML - HTML file all Favorites OK, but same result

    Win7 / IE9: use for the first time. Example: A folder of Favorites has 4 entries HTML - only 2 transferred. Some have none transferred - empty folder. Others have correct random + some disappeared persons.

    All of Monday
    I can see the full list of favorite IE9 HTML in HTML file on desktop with Firefox-> new tab-> open file-> open
    .
    In the desktop HTML file, there are 37 files IE9 with no more nesting 3 deep in all of a high. They are all correct wrt favorite IE9.

    All records albums + deeper nests are copied in FF ok. Random content. Copied content works ok

    7 unassigned to IE9 HTML web sites best records are also copied <-these 7 copy on FF and work well

    Example: First file in the list of IE9 has no nesting., IE9 has 4 entries - Firefox has only 2. What other method of reproduction is used.

    BTW - please let know us how I can delete entire list of bookmarks in Firefox button to try again with a clean list of bookmarks

    I'll uninstall Firefox and start over with a clean copy and use the HTML only method to try to transfer IE (files. I'll bring result.
