Impossible to access with RDP

Hello!

We have a few problems with the RDP connection:

When we install some Microsoft updates on a computer, it is not possible to connect to it. Must unplug the network cable and then reconnect it. After this operation, we can use RDP connection.

Is there a solution for this problem?

We do have some computers with Windows 7 Professional and a Windows Server 2008 with AD.

  • WebVPN Auto-Signon with RDP

    I have a question about WebVPN and AutoSignon.

    We have an ASA5510 and we use SSL WebVPN. We are developing a server terminal server for access to applications and connect him with the webvpn. However, I would use auto-code to access. We use LDAP authentication to sign in the webvpn. In other settings, I used auto-code of access to access web pages. I don't know how to do it with RDP, or if it is possible with rdp. The terminal server server will be running windows server 2008 & I assume that we will need to change some of the Terminal services Server policies to allow information to be transmitted. We would like to does not not the user to the input of user name and password again.

    I also used the ASA RDP client.

    We don't use single sign on, IE we do not have any type of third party protect running. We simply use the ASA & Active directory.

    So, no matter which never done any sort of auto-signon with RDP?

    As an added benefit, it would be good to integrate TS Remote Apps with the WebVPN. TS Remote apps creates a rdp file that would execute a single application the server terminal server. It is in fact a rdp session, it appears to the end user as a locally installed application. Does anyone have experience with the predefined application of an RDP file or an app Remtoe TS to the webvpn?

    Just to support my understanding, when you access the rdp with the webvpn client, the ASA runs it's own RDP client or access the RDP client on the client computer web?

    And, anyone know of any document that describes all the parameters that can be used on the RDP WebVPN client? Maybe there are other parameters here that would help.

    Step 1: I suggest to start the computer in safe mode with network and check if you are able to access control panel and Internet.

    Step 2: If you are able to access the Control Panel on safe mode, then I suggest you perform the clean boot and remove the program that is causing the problem. Make sure that you disable also all firewall and antivirus when you perform the clean boot.

  • Error blackBerry software - synchronization failed, impossible to deal with organizing data

    I had a Q10 Blackberry last week.  I downloaded and installed the PC of Blackberry link 1.2.2.13 version.  Two-way sync USB worked fine.  Now, all of a sudden, I get the error message "synchronization failed, impossible to deal with organizing data."   I tried to reset the synchronization options, but not joy.  Also tried to uninstall and reinstall the software Link 1.2.2.13, once again no joy.  Any suggestions?

    UPDATE: I spent 4 hours on the phone and the remote session with the help of Blackberry last night.  After doing some troubleshooting to isolate the problem, determined that something on the device caused the problem of Outlook synchronization. One thing I've learned, it's that it can take a long time to synchronize and even though the progress of the screen may appear frozen, let it go until the end - sometimes it took 20-25 minutes, but eventually completed. Here's the process we went through - I would recommend appellant help BB and work with them to make sure you have not accidentally delete Outlook contacts and calendar of important information of your PC or BB device!.

    (1) we tried an uninstall/reinstall the PC Link BB software and that did not fix the problem.

    (2) to isolate the problem of synchronization.  We first did a synchronization of 2 channels 'contacts' and 'calendar' and who was a failure.  Then did a synchronization of only 2 channels 'contacts' and managed.  Then did a synchronization of only 2-way 'calendar' and that was a failure - so the problem was linked to calendar data and something on the device has been the cause of the problem or corrupted.

    (3) link BB allowing us to make a backup complete unit.

    4) then decided to do a 'Wipe security' on the device of BB Q10 to erase all the data and settings and return to a clean boot device configuration.  I was nervous about it - make double sure that Outlook all contacts and calendar data on the device and the PC are completely backed up in case something bad happens.  Nothing serious happened, but I was gald, we made the backup!

    (5) has the 'Security Wipe' feature (on the device, the settings > Security and privacy > wipe security) and phone rebooted without problems (takes a while to do).

    (6) then used link BB to do a sync test 1 channel 'contacts and calendar' from PC to device.  It worked without problem.

    (7) we then used BB link do a "restore" full backup of device, as we did in step 3 above.  It takes a while to make and was a success.

    (8) once the restoration of the aircraft was complete, BB link configured to perform a synchronization of 2 channels of the two 'contacts' and 'calendar '.  Does the synchronization and was a success.  Did a test by adding the new entry of the calendar on PC and did another 2-way sync - all worked very well.  Seems that the problem has been corrected, but will follow in the coming days.

    Lessons learned:

    (1) If you have a lot of Outlook contacts and calendar entries, the synchronization may take a long time.  Be patient and let it run - even if it seems stuck, etc!

    (2) save all Outlook data on the device and the PC to make sure that you have a backup something bad happened during troubleshooting.  We had not something bad happens, but I was gald we made a backup anyway.

    (2) call BB help - support person, I worked with was fabulous, even if it took some time to work through a patch.

    That's how it should work, unless the traffic/port is blocked by the firewall on the host.

    Basically, you can forward every port you want at the prompt, it doesn't have to be the same port that you used in the comments (e.g. 12345 67890 prompted port host port redirection). Just make sure that you do not use a port that is required by the host of the operating system itself.

    I can understand your concern & you need to worry about this, as the folders in your PC are not available on other PCs as this option is just to browse through files of the specific system you are working on as shown in the screenshot below.

    Only the files that have been uploaded to the cloud of Document will be available over the Internet using Adobe Document Cloud service during authentication of your Adobe ID & password.

    I'm all new to vmware view. Have a good undertanding of vsphere and have now been asked to do a trial of opinion.

    I'll probably ask a lot of questions, probably the most stupid in this forum.

    I have a very operational core facility and was able to access my VD through the client on several different platforms.
    My first question is whether it is actually possible to prevent someone to access the DV via a RDP client and only allow access through VMware View Client?
    Now I can connect through the client view, determine the host name and access via RDP disconnecting as well display the session.

    How about disabling RDP of the OS and that the only available connection connection will be PCOIP - which means he would only come from the customer to view.
