Impossible to enter in recovery mode

I use a rooted Xperia SL and I can't enter into recovery mode. I was running on pre rooted Doomlord Stock JB ROM for Xperia S and Trinity ultimate core. The problem started when I tried to flash sound improvements and Walkman app from XDA forums.
After he flashed and I restarted my phone, my phone just kept restarting without being able to get to the home screen. So I went to TWRP screen and I reflashed the JB ROM. Now, even if I Flash using Fastboot recovery, I am still unable to get into recovery mode
I tried to use goo.manager but still no luck! The rom works very well and it is prerooted and I can use it to work normally, but I'm not able to enter in other applications-Flash recovery
Help, please

Make sure that the recovery is compatible with the rom and kernel, you have on your Xperia

  • iPhone 4 crashed, has entered into recovery mode and don't update or restore (error 4013)

    Hi all

So, the other day, while watching a YouTube video, my iPhone 4 became unresponsive and turns off. Since then, he has been slain in recovery mode, only showing the "connect to iTunes screen.

iTunes gives me two options: update or restore. As I wanted to save my data (I have been so sloppy as to not have backed up the device for about a year!) I tried to update a bunch of times. However, it keeps me gives error 4013. Then, having given up this possibility, I also tried to restore the device several times, but unfortunately exactly the same phenomenon occurs.

What happens is: iTunes downloads and extract the software, says "waiting for iPhone" for a few seconds, then it said "Preparing iPhone software update" because I think little about exactly 15 minutes. Then he said "Waiting for iPhone" still for a few seconds, after which it gives me error 4013.

My guess is the iPhone automatically leaves the recovery mode so that it gives me this error because after 15 minutes and restarts alone, leaving iTunes to "think" that there is some kind of connection problem or do not recognize the device as being the same when it turns off and turns back on after 15 minutes. If this is the case, perhaps restarting interrupts the update/restore process. Or maybe just crashes in this state of preparation for 15 minutes because he is unable to do what he needs because of a sort of damaging the material.

    What I've tried so far:

-Update iTunes to the latest version (12.2.2)

-Updated the software on my Mac (although I must say that it is an old MacBook with OS X 10.7.5; I don't know if it's any factor here)

    -Restarting my computer

-Switch to the other USB port

-Using another USB cable (although the one alternative that I have is not in very good condition)

-Try on a friend's computer (a much newer MacBook; I don't know what operating system well)

-Force the device to restart a package of time (now the power and the home buttons)

-A few third-party applications that claim to be able to get the iPhone out of recovery mode

Any of you have ideas, ideas or suggestions on what is the cause and how can I get my phone back to life again? Recover my data would be obviously ideal, but I would also be very happy with just equipped with a device of work once again. I know it's an obsolete phone but it has always worked well.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Anyone? I could really use some help. Thank you!

  • Can not switch to OSX Recovery Mode: looking for the keyboard and magic mouse

I'm trying to reset my end 2012 Mac Mini 2.3GHz/i7/16GB to factory settings to try to get the machine a new lease on life.

However, when I try to enter in Recovery Mode (in now command ⌘ + R when the system starts up), the machine will stop to a screen showing the instructions to turn on a magical keyboard and Magic Mouse.

I have a trendy apple (USB) keyboard and a USB mouse is connected.

How can I activate these entries, or how can I pass this screen looking for a keyboard/Magic Magic Mouse?

[I guess one option is to use a magic mouse or a magical keyboard - I have in my office - but it is not sensible that you need them to access recovery mode].

  • Internal HD will not rise in Recovery Mode

I have an MBA who said that I had to repair the disk 11'.  Easy fix right?  So I restarted the computer and enter in Recovery Mode, to make a repair in disk utility and the HD is grayed out.  I can't select it, nothing.  I ended up installing El Capitan and during the installation he completed repairs, but I still can't get to HD in repair mode.  The computer starts and works fine otherwise.  I must stress that the HD is a secondary market Transcend that we replaced a year ago.  Now my client wants to wipe the computer and give it to a family member, but like I already said I can't make a clean wipe and install via the recovery mode.  Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

I'm under the last El Capitan on a MacBook Pro for mid-2015. The internal boot drive is encrypted with FileVault. • iPod Touch 5th generation stuck in recovery mode

I don't see anything on this topic anywhere. However, I "brick" my iPod 5th generation Touch while implementing the update to the 9.2.x the 9.3.1. I held 9.3 as people around me ran into a similar problem with their iPhones, but they were able to recover their phones - just with wiped data.

    My experience:

    1. Received the notice that 9.3.1 was available.
    2. Plug it to my PC and backed up with iTunes.
    3. Downloaded the update via iTunes and begun the process of updating.
    4. Entered my PIN to unlock the device and allow the update.
    5. Update started a few minutes later, I received a notice that it failed and the unit would need to be restored. (Error code was 3014 in my case).
    6. The restoration is only an option "restore and update".

No matter what you do, the device fails to restore ever.

The link they send you is useless: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201210

In my case everything was up to date. I restarted the system – several times. Forced on the device reboots. Put it in recovery mode, etc. (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263)

There is no problem with my hosts (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201442) file. I completely disabled my firewall and AV. I had plugged nothing else than the KB and mouse... I even tried from another computer - nothing.

In fact I never get a real 'Restore' option - always started with restoration, but the next screen has been updated and the restoration.

I saw a post were actually downgrade iTunes to an older version (for a first generation iPod Touch) solved the issue but I have not yet tried.

    Hello

There are several ways to reset the calculator:

What follows is a simple warmstart, retrieves the keyboard control, restores most of the RAM to the State in which he was stopped last, losing so eventually changes made at this session:

    • On-Symb key

    Or

    • Reset hole (back of unit)

The following clears most of the memory, but it retains a few basic things (e.g. name of calculator, color theme, language):

    • ESC + Apps + we

The following text always resets the calculator to new factory:

    1. Press in and hold the three keys with the letters C, F and O (non-zero).
    2. And now their all downstairs, poke a paperclip in the RESET hole in the back.
    3. When the diagnostic screen appears, release the keys C, F and O.
    4. Press 4, then 3, then enter.  He will wipe away the memory of the new plant calculator.
    5. When the blue OK is displayed, press ESC, and then 9.
    6. It usually ends with the initial installation, including hitting swiping the tiny HP logo with your finger to the right, by selecting the language by default, or other things, according to the versions of your hardware and firmware.

Have you updated the calculator to the latest firmware?

The latest version is currently 6030. (updates Dec 2014:6975)

Install the connection from the CD Kit.

Once installed the connection, update the calculator.

    The following method is recommended:

    • Connect your HP Calculator first via the supplied USB cable (connected directly, do not use a USB hub)
    • Start the HP connectivity Kit
    • Click the tab of the calculator
    • Right click on the name of the first HP you want to update (it would be that you connected before starting this procedure)
    • Write down the version number, and then click the OK button
    • Click the Help Menu and select Check for update
    • Look for the pop-up box to update, check the version number that is newer than the one you want to update.
    • Then click on the download button
    • That's it, you will see the update being loaded and installed on your calculator screen. Don't click too quickly out of the HP Connectivity Kit, wait a minute or two after the completion.
    • In addition, there are a step in the connectivity Kit where it is advisable to back up the version that you had before the procedure, just in case. This way, you have a way to cover again.
