  Of course you can do it. On this Qosmio laptop TV tuner works on the same principle as usual TV. You can watch movies on Qosmioplayer or using Media Center Edition VHS. In both cases start movie VHS and let Qosmioplayer or MCE sweep all TV channels. On one of them, you will see the picture of VHS VCR.

  All that s. I tested it with Qosmioplayer and MCE too. It works without any problem. I also tested recording option. This also works. Later, I edited material recorded and created DVDs.

  With short words: with Qosmio G20, you can do whatever you want. It's really good multimedia laptop.

I uninstalled using uninstall adobe restarted between each step as an administrator (don't know if it's important but I'm the only user listed with admin rights, but I get the screen of standard user account). Then I manually installed the new flash drive as an administrator. What Viiv version, checked all settings-trusted sites explore & internet areas-,(7 times now) I checked the add ons I am wherever I am supposed to be activated, I never received no errors, nothing was open during the installation and the screen remains black.   even tried to change the registry (I don't have the line listed in the mail from adobe on flash killer). I have run norton and checked it does not block flash player or active X controls. I'm completely at a loss for what? Help!

  This problem can occur because of incorrect audio settings. Let's try a few steps to solve this problem.

  Method 1:
  As you use Realtek HD Audio, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if it helps.

  Enable auto-popup
  a. press the Windows key + X, choose Control Panel, select hardware and audio.
  b. scroll and select Realtek HD Audio Manager.
  c. click the icon for folder just above and to the right where it says analog panel back and just below the device's advanced settings.
  d. click Activate dialog popup automatically when the unit is plugged in.
  e. click OK twice.

  f. now, restart the computer and check the issue.

  I have a new Satellite U500-176 but impossible to get the HDMI to work on a TV or monitor.

  Usually, when the monitor is connected and I press Fn + F5 I get only the 1 option (LCD).
  Occasionally, the HDMI options work but when I select one it goes to the screen and runs successfully for a few seconds then automatically returns.

  I am fairly new to ActiveX and will have a hard time to do a seemingly simple thing: get an image named from an Excel file and save it as a .jpg file.  I've seen similar things for Excel chart objects, but as I understand it the images are "shapes" in Excel and I was unable to find the right method to extract a form. Please, if someone could look at the folder below and tell me if I am on the right track, if there is a better way to do it, or if there is a way to do it at all, it would be useful.  Note that I don't like not how effective a strategy - if I need to register in a middle of another type file, that's fine. The only goal is to be able to extract this image and save it with a click of mouse and without manual intervention.

  Folder contains: 1 example Excel file containing the image named "picture 1"; 1 vi showing the method I found for the export of Excel graphs as .jpg; and 1 vi with the progress that I've done so far tried to get the picture of the Excel file and save it as a .jpg file.
