Impossible to get past Adobe Application Manager when you try to use Photoshop CC 2015

My card has expired, and so I had to update my payment information for creative cloud. After I did it, I had problems when the Application Manager asks me to renew my subscription, and after following the instructions, I get a screen "thank you, your creative photography of cloud subscription is active, you can now use your product. I support on continue, only for the first page to Flash to the top and the process repeats, and so I can't really use my software. I've updated my contact information about a week ago.

Any help? I've seen other threads where people have tried to remove the software, and I followed these steps, but I had no chance.
