  I tried the suggested steps, but they don't work - the printer is not directly related to the new PC.  Your suggestion, however, gave me the idea to do the following:

  1. connect the printer directly to the PC - in this case via USB - and try to install the new local printer.

  2. Windows 10 recognized a new USB device and successfully - installed, this includes a large number of former drivers HP that were not available previously.

  3. connect the printer to the original unit.

  4. install the network printer using the driver of device discovered in step 2.

  Do we not have the latest driver installed for the video card?

  My recommendation would be to download and install the latest version of your driver from the manufacturer of your computer video card.

  I just bought a new printer HP Deskjet 4535 at home and he registered so far as I can use HP pritables for my children. However I later discovered that another printer HP (Laserjet 1606dn) was alos registered to work under the same account. When I'm going to connect HP and list printable HP the default printer is the one labour (1606dn). Some pads cannot be printed for a reason any.  When I view the printable he says "it's available to print directly from your printer. Click on Add to My printable to print at the request of your printer display. ", but when I click on"Add to my platelets"it gives the error message"we couldn't add this printable. This printable is not supported on your printer. ».  Please help me solve this problem!

  I understand that you have purchased a HP DeskJet 4535 use with HP all-in-one printer printable, but your work computer, HP Laserjet 1606dn, becomes in the way to be able to add a printable HP for your HP DeskJet 4535. I would like to help with that.

  When you go to HP connected , you should be able to remove the HP Laserjet 1606dn clicking the devices tab. The printer should be listed with its HP ePrint e-mail address and button settings below it. If you click on the settings button, there should be a picture of the Laserjet Printer and a "delete printer" option below that you can click to remove.

  I tried every step with care, now the situation is:

  I can print to adobe pdf and Notepad documents.

  But microsoft Office isn't printing,

  even I tried to change the setting from letter to A4 paper, and when I use the parameter A4, I got a massege of margins, excel tell me that there something wronge with the printer, in the letter not defining any masseges in both applications but still have 0 documents pending to (Administrator)

  I understand that your printer is off line and there are 14 documents waiting in the queue.

  Here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try to solve this problem.

  
  

  Method 1: Run the printer Troubleshooter and check.

  a. open the printer Troubleshooter by sliding in the edge right of the screen, tap Search (or if you use a mouse, pointing to the top right of the screen, move the mouse down and then clicking Search), entering the Troubleshooting in the search box, by typing or clicking on settings and then type or click on find and fix problems. Under hardware and sound, click use a printer.

  b. follow the steps in the resolution of the problems.

  If the method above does not work, proceed to the next method.

  Method 2: Disable the documents waiting in the queue, check the following suggestions.

  a. the key press Windows + R and type services.msc in the search field and press to enter.

  b. the Services listed, stop the print spooler service.
  (c) in Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder below and open the PRINTERS.
  C:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS
  d. click on continue or Yes (if prompted by UAC) to approve the opening of the PRINTERS folder.
  e. remove all files in the PRINTERS folder, until it is empty, and then close Windows Explorer.
  Note: DO NOT DELETE the PRINTERS folder itself. Don't delete its content.
  f. open Services, and then start the print spooler service.

  Thanks for providing the details. Can I know the e-mail client that you are using on this machine and with what application you are trying to open the PDF file. As the PDF is an attachment please right click on it and try to save it to the local disk and then open it with the Reader/Acrobat.

  It may be a problem with user accounts, please try the following to see if it will be useful.

  Go to start, Control Panel, user accounts, change account settings, then drag the slider down to never notify, and then restart the computer and try to print again from the Office again.

  If problems persists, please contact Microsoft to see if they have any other suggestions.

  It works very well.  Use the screening of high printing quality, but think about what resolution for your graphics card.  In fact if you have higher res images online versions, you can hot link to them from the PDF file.  I used to publish a magazine of the club until a couple of years, and while I've used InDesign, output to PDF format was exactly the same process

  I assume that your document is a good single page?  Photoshop is a clumsy tool for multi-page documents.
