Impossible to reinstall creative Cloud app
I had to reinstall the creative application of cloud, cause one day that he started not more.
I downloaded a new set up.exe, but it does not complete the download. No error code is displayed. Only that there is a problem.
Then I tried the old set up.exe, I downloaded in October 2013. In this case, the installation fails too. Error code is: A12E1
My system is Windows 7. in the last few years cloud Barnard worked well on this system...

Recently, the user has had problems with cloud creative installation updated where it could connect and download the update up to 5%, then view the error below. We have tested this several times and the network showed no disconnection to this machine and he always stopped at 5%.

We looked in the error code: 71 and followed several of the discussions with solutions to this error but they have not solved the problem on this computer. For example, tried error 71 - cannot install CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe that can't be run from a network drive
Error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application running Adobe CC Cleaner using the options Clean Up all (option 1) then all own (10 in option) has not solved the problem.
Other online forums talk about registry problems - looking in these registry keys according to the site are "corrupt" point to the correct folder location.
The next option we have is to do a clean install of this PC which we would like to avoid that the staff member would be unable to work for up to a day position this machine with correct adobe again products.
Any help would be appreciated.

Impossible to update creative cloud apps
I just noticed that I have at least two updates on my computer, but I can't open the creative cloud to download updates. I even tried to open Adobe Application Manager, but it only bounces on my menu bar and disappears seconds later. This is not completely serious because I can open my apps very well, but I'd at least like to update my applications in the case of a bug or something. Does anyone else have this problem?
It works fine now. I don't know what might have caused, but at least it's more for the moment. It could have been caused by a bad internet connection between the site and the computer I guess.

Impossible to get creative cloud app to launch
On a windows system 7. I just get a white screen, the spinning "I think" icon just turns and never goes away. Cannot install new applications, which is really screwing me right now because I need the Media Manager adding after effects can export to mp4 so now I'm going to miss my deadline for this reason :-(
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, I tried to rename the OOBE folder, neither worked
Let me know if you tried the steps mentioned in the link below. [This is for the white screen problem, applied for the both spinning wheel]

Creative Cloud Desktop manager and application manager Adobe disappeared during some sort of update. Tried to uninstall and reinstall creative clouds (received the message I needed to App Manager). Tried to install App Manager (got the message, I needed creative cloud). Tried Cleanup tool for CC and CS6. Always impossible to install CC desktop manager or Adobe Applications Manager. Running on Mac, Yosemite 10.10.3.

Deleted but apps still appear in Creative Cloud App. How can I reinstall them?
After installing several applications on my laptop, After Effects, which I use for my business, would not work on my desktop. I didn't know that you need to disable the connection creative cloud on a single computer, before going to the other. As I was to give my projects, I removed the apps on my laptop. Three of them seem to be a button to uninstall them. It is not a reason any for - After Effects, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro XI. I tried to find references to them and finally threw all references to them I could find in the trash. I must have left something in my system yet because in the Cloud creative menu, it shows I still have those apps on my laptop again and that they are up to date. However, as I said, I threw everything that relates to these apps that I could find in the trash.
It seems not to be any way to reload these three applications in the creative cloud app and since they are no longer in my Applications folder (I'm on a Mac) there is no way to uninstall or do something else.
How can I delete the piece of software that thinks that these three applications are always installed so that I can reinstall fresh versions? Thank you.

Reinstall InDesign CS6 (not CC) of Creative Cloud Apps?
Hello
I recently updated my InDesign CS6 and something went wrong (would open is no longer). I tried to delete the preferences that didn't work so I uninstalled with the intention to reinstall. Unfortunately, I see now that InDesign CS6 doesn't seem to be an option in the list of Creative Cloud App, I can only download InDesign CC from there. When I signed up initially to creative cloud you could of times!
Now, the CC version is probably great, but for backward compatibility issues, I still need to run CS6 right now. I hope that someone can offer some helpful tips?

I recommend you review your Setup logs to determine the location where the file permissions have is compromised. Adobe Creative Cloud Apps stop after start up
Everytime I open Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, they load but then stop immediately. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall creative cloud and apps, but they still do not work.
(I'm on MAC)

Creative cloud apps is TOTALLY NO MONTRANT at ALL, he has only the HOME COMMUNITY, ASSETS,
and I tried to do things other people have done (gosh, a lot of people have this problem and Adobe SERIOUSLY needs to find a way to solve this problem)
I went to administrator/Appdata/Local/Adobe and I can find the files: (AAMUpdater), (Acrobat), (CameraRaw), (color), (InDesign), (Lightroom) and (OOBE).
First I tried to change the OPM.db to OPM.db.old, and nothing happened.
I wanted to change from false to true in the xml file in the Configs folder, but I couldn't find any Configs folder in OOBE folder.
What should I do? I spend so many hours on this problem and I can't totally NOTHING!
Please give me a solution T_T

I had a similar problem on my Mac right after that the app Creatvice cloud, automatically updated itself. I solved the problem by uninstalling the application using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. Then I downloaded a new installer and reinstalled the creative application of cloud. It works perfectly now.

Please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall on your machine.
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
(2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

I purcased adobe illustrator cc5 on February 8 this year and the striker paid for a year. The program worked fine until last week. I tried to reinstall the program, but that did not work.
