Impossible to check creative Cloud connect you with fake email.
If I was downloading creative cloud on another computer, misspelled my email, and his request for check it out, which I can't do as there is no enamel. I found a thread with the Mac, but I use a Windows 7 computer.

To disconnect from the creative Cloud application for the desktop, select > Preferences > account and then click Sign Out from the creative clouds.
If you are not able to disconnect from the trough step Creative Cloud Desktop Manager, please follow the steps below:
Delete the OPM.db file:
- Close the creative cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Win: C\Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
If you do not see AppData under your username, then you can click on start and type %LocalAppData%, it will open a Local folder, then you can go to Adobe/OOBE
3. delete the opm.db file.
4. start the creative cloud.
If you are not able to find this file, please see the following link, maybe it's because your library is hidden.

Impossible to uninstall creative cloud of pc with win7
I'm trying to uninstall creative cloud install on pc with win7 but this isn't the case, the uninstaller on the display bar and happens during more than 30-40 minutes but nothing happens

I just checked the email that you used to create an account here on the Adobe forums, but not able to find all subscriptions under this account. Please provide your email in a private message as well as the number of order so that I can verify the account.
However, please check and confirm that the Adobe Id that you used to connect to creative cloud is the same as the Id used to purchase the product.

I have access to all applications, except the creative connection of cloud. When I connect creative cloud in my browser, I checked the Adobe Download Assistant applications list and applications on the App page. I've lived a lot of forums and pages of Adobe, and I feel that I'm just in circles. How can I get this app? It's one of the reasons why I had CC in the first place

Why you're not able to get the new June 20th, 2016 updates on your creative cloud, if you are running Windows 7.
So I spent all day on this because Adobe did not anywhere that I could find it. But I'm hoping some of you to save a lot of time wasted... you can't upgrade to the latest version of the application if you have not all updates to Windows 7.If you're like me and do not want anything to do with the Windows updates... you may encounter the same problem. Summer/don't I am not at all interested in Windows 10 (who they are sneaking into regular updates) so I don't usually have enabled updates. If you don't... you cannot upgrade your program to the latest version. Creative cloud not even give the option.
I think it's the Microsoft Visual C++ or something like that who needs update to run the latest version of the software... If you do not have it on your system, you do not install the new updates properly, but be careful not to download sneaky windows 10 "update." Know how it's called blindly here before update you.
I hope that helps some of you save a whole day unnecessarily.

So bad that I couldn't cancel my subscription. A very big family problem is forcing me to cancel all my subscriptions, among them creative cloud. Has received a request for update of the Adobe Application Manager for the "creative cloud connection." The error indicates "the download appears to be damaged. Press Cancel, wait a few minutes and try again (U43M1D204). I tried this several times the same error received. Please tell us how to fix.

Can you try deleting all data to track the location on your computer, and try to update again.
