  Then launch Muse. It will go through the first launch experience to ask for the language of the INTERFACE, AdobeID, etc..

  If you do not have to this site there may be a firewall or other software blocking the connection. Muse should be able to reach this URL https and 3 others to complete and control the process of subscription/trial.

  My race of the used laptop win xp pro, I have MOM who bought her company when they all upgraded and got again.  It has never included a Win xp pro disk (it doesn't even have a disk drive, I have to hang it on an external disk drive) but it has the license key (original tag) on the underside.  A few months ago, the hard drive failed and crashed.  I had a friend replace the hard drive.  To get it up and running, that it must connect to a personal computer running win xp pro.  Reloaded all through his computer, I guess that copied to mine?  The problem is now media played just ran an update/upgrade to wmp 11 and now I get a message "validate your copy of windows" and Media Player does not work... When I go to real glass site enter key there is no place to do that, he just wants me to buy Win 7 & that is going to happen, what can I do? Please keep in mind, I'm completely broke and a stupid computer. I need the instructions of baby-talk, clear and explicit. Seriously, 5 years more about these things I do, help Pleeeease LOL!

  Alrighty then,

  I had no time to troubleshoot more so I decided to leave just the clock run down and see what happens.

  Short version is that I received a receipt for confirmation of payment from ACC when the clock read left 00Days.
  Turn on Muse offline - no warning more.

  I think I remember reading a similar situation, about the integration of /Muse of payment confirmation, when the ACC was launched.

  Oh, the timing is laughable.

  A few notes for the benefit of someone else who can meet a similar situation...

  -Muse always launched despite the warning of the countdown. Online or turned off.

  -It appears that the mac version of AAM has no uninstall option. Which makes the whole process very complicated troubleshooting because then the Parent (ACC) does not communicate with the brothers and sisters (Adobe Muse). Thus MAO bed installed where it was cleary my evacuation several times using ALL the steps mentioned in this thread and its corresponding links.

  My team has recently purchased a subscription month for Acrobat Standard XI. I installed it on the laptop computer of the user, at the launch of Acrobat, I try to grab our login information but it generates an error where it is impossible to validate our subscription. There is an option to continue in the first instance, when I click the option Acrobat just crashes every time. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, the device several times and it's always the same.

  Please, try the following steps:

  Delete all the files in the following folders:

  C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

  And delete all the files in the folder following except cache.db

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD

  Then start Acrobat, and try to activate.

• How do I do this in Adobe Muse?

  I am designing a new layout for my site and I would like to embed videos or YouTube, Vimeo.  or embedded directly in my Web site.  I wish I could have the video thumbnails on the left scroll vertically very much and I would like to also power click on a thumbnail and do play in a window next to him, with the ability to write a short paragraph on the history (see screen shot to the right).   I love this look.  I'd also thumbnails to disappear as I scroll up and down, all by showing only 3 at a time.   the slideshow widget comes close, but videos are on top of the other and not scroll through thumbnails.

  I'm not aware of all the widgets that could get there and I don't know how to write code.  is there a widget or method that would allow me to do this in Adobe Muse?

  Windows

  Click on the start"" menu. Select "All programs" and then "accessories."

  Right click on "Notepad" and select "run as Administrator"

  Click "Continue" on the "Windows needs your permission" dialog box

  When Notepad opens, click file, and then select open

  In the file name field, type the following text:

  C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts

  If all of the entries in the host file include keywords such as "adobe", ask the user to remove these entries. These are used for the purchase of licenses Adobe.

  From the menu, select 'file', 'save' after changing

  Restart the Muse

  Macintosh

  Click the "Finder". Select the folder "Applications".

  Open the "Utilities" folder and select "Terminal".

  Type the following command:

  sudo nano/etc/hosts

  Enter the password associated with the user of the OS when prompted

  Update of the muse do not delete (.muse) Web site files, I guess somehow open recent list does not appear.

  I'm sure if you go to the place where your files are saved, you will be able to find them. In case you don't remember not the location and then search for the file with the extension .muse, search in windows Explorer (for windows) or the Finder, Spot (for MAC)

  Please, try the following steps:

  1. disconnect Muse by going to help > log out. (if you see the option to do so) and leaving Muse

  2 disconnect from the creative Application of cloud. (Steps are mentioned in the link disconnect, sign in |) Creative Office Cloud app), then quit the Application in creative cloud.

  3 Rename the folder "OOBE" to "OOBEold".

  MAC: (This file can be found at Finder > go > go to folder > enter ~/library/application support/Adobe > press return)

  Widows: (This file can be found at C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe )

  4 restart the Muse, sign in with your Adobe ID

  If this does not set the uninstall issue Muse and Creative cloud application from your computer using Adobe cleaning tool. Use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. Once applications are uninstalled, re-install. first install Creative cloud from the link below, then Adobe Creative Muse from the 'Applications' tab in the clouds.
