Impossible to verify if the plugins are up to date
Since May 4, 2012 about 6 hours EST (on 3 different computers) I get "sorry, we couldn't find the page or file you were looking for" when I click on the link "check to see if your plugins are up-to-date" through the page modules. It is the first time that I've ever met this problem... someone can help me with this? I've tried restarting Firefox, restart computers, cutting off the firewall, uninstall Firefox and reinstalling and so far none of them have worked. It is now Sunday, may 6, 2012 about 10: 30 EST and I was clicking that link several times every day to see if something new happens or fixed and so far it does not... I still see the same page. I'd appreciate if someone could help me to solve this problem very soon... Thanks for any help.
This function seems to be broken (Windows, MAC, Linux) Firefox 12 (release), Firefox (Beta) and Firefox 14 13 (Aurora). A bug has been saved. You can watch the discussion of bug, but please don't post here -> https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=752073
Temporarily, you can go directly to the Plugin Check page by entering the following in your address-> https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ bar only (you might consider Bookmarking that link)
You can also change a hidden preference in Subject: config to correct the problem:
- See-> http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config
- type of topic: config in your address bar, as type a web site address, and then press the Enter key
- ignore the warning and choose to continue
- Search = plugins.update.url
- in the lower part of the screen, right-click on the name of the option and click 'change '.
- Change the value for-> https://www.mozilla.org/%LOCALE%/plugincheck/ . This value changes OR
- the http to https
- The mozilla . com to mozilla . org
- about: config tab

Why "check to see if the Plugins are up-to-date" web page is ALWAYS case SENSITIVE?
When I go to 'Tools' / 'Plug-Ins' and click on 'Check to see if the Plugins are up-to-date' he going to Mozilla to check your Plugin Page, but fails to see the plugins or plugins active update status. ( https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/?utm_source=firefox-browser & utm_medium = firefox-browser & utm_campaign = plugincheck-update ) I use OS X 10.10.3 / Firefox 37.0.1 / March-14-2015
Tried re-installing original report, clear cookies, clear cache and start in Safe Mode, nothing is. Another ridiculous control and there is never any support when things go wrong. Unfortunately, I have received no professional concern, with a competent cause and healing. None. And I had pointed out to me this problem since Firefox 35.0.
Need info and a difficulty, for months now! Thank you! Whitebuck

Hello!
I try to install 12 c on Win64 (win 7) and to the point when you enter the location of OracleBase and so on, I get the error message.
I choose 'Built-in account to use Windows' on the market before and also tried to create a new windows user.
Both give the same problem.
OracleBase I have created a new empty directory.
You try to install the software as well as to create a database, all in one step? If so, some Windows users did better by just installing the software only at first, then with the help of the db (DBCA) after the installation wizard complete to create a database. That's assuming that all stages of installation in the documentation are followed

How do you know if the drivers are up to date?
I have a notebook (HP) with Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit OS, AMD Turion X 2.
One of my friends asked me to tell him to buy a driver update program would be a good deal?
I looked into the program, it ran on my laptop. It finds 3 drivers updated on my system.
I tried to update the drivers manually through the applications of system resources. All three are back
with "the current drivers are more recent. I went to some of the sites of manufacturers and tried to update
from these websites BEFORE I tried the application update system. Thus, to the extent where the driver Windows
update process and manufacturing, my drivers are up to date. However, after re - execute recommendations
program driver again, it still came in saying 3 outdated drivers? current dates for the pilot were correct and the
update request, pointed out that 'HE' pilot has had more recent dates (versions). Yes, whats up with this?
If the drivers are supposed to be newer Windows and the manufacturer, how these programs of Driver (Genius-Detective)
come with newer drivers?
Please give
Thank you
I ran into the same thing with all those so-called 'PILOT UPDATERS'. They are pilot BSers, they love clipping who do not use what came with their machines, I call it "SUCKER SOFTWARE. Click START, type MANAGER of DEVICES' until it is, I get to devi and this is on my Vista, at the top of the search list and click it to open the Device Manager and of course click on continue, so it opens. Then go to one of the devices listed in the list and click on the + to open the list, the most complete and RIGHT click ON them and click "Update DRIVER SOFTWARE". Where is it, it's simple follow the instructions if there is an update or forget it if it says you have later. Card mother knows best. Or be adventurous and go through you 'HELP AND SUPPORT' to find the update for your PC sites.
Good luck
