  I have problems to install the mobile server (ver. 10.3.0.2.0).
  
  First of all, I tried to install within an instance of the OAS (ver. 10.1.3.0.0) - I could not set the password of the mobile server oc4j account in enterprise manager server application and is stuck there. Also, I couldn't connect to webtogo as mobile server administrator.
  
  Second, I have installed the version of stand-alone mobile server, but when I run the 'runmobileserver.bat' I get the following error:
  
  09/08/22 12:54:21 log9: connect as: MOBILEADMIN
  09/08/22 12:54:21 log9: Mobile Server ID not found, impossible to register.
  09/08/22 12:54:21 log9: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
  
  Like the previous time, I couldn't connect to the webtogo as mobile server administrator. [OS: windows 2003 Enterprise in both cases]
  
  I was informed by my dba that Oracle mobileserver will work only if it is installed on the same server as the backend database. Is this true?

  Hi J - P,

  When you installed the mobile server in stand-alone mode, repwizard was not performed or has failed.
  Try to rerun repwizard with: $ORACLE_HOME/mobile/server/admin/repwizard
  You can check the log file in $ORACLE_HOME/mobile/server/repository.log to see if there is a critical error,
  the repwizard should save your mobile server, you can consult this table: mobileadmin.mobileserver_instances so you can see your host name and port.

  On the Mobile Server OAS installation, you should not need to use the oc4jadmin password as if you installed OAS 10.1.3 and run the runinstaller lite Oracle to install Oracle lite 10.3.0.2. in the same ORACLE_HOME with run of the OAS, it should automatically deployed the mobile server j2ee application in the OAS.

• Incorrect version of Weblogic Server Enterprise Pack?

  Hello. I have a problem with my Enterprise Pack runtime server. Here's the scenario:
  
  I downloaded and installed Oracle WebLogic Server 10 g 3. I use the grouped (Eclipse) Enterprise Pack that comes with it. I am following the tutorial "Introduction to the Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse (EPCO) IDE". I'm at the stage (in the Wizard) where I'm creating an eclipse project and assigning the execution target server. It is said to choose 10gR 3 Oracle WebLogic Server as a server. I'm doing this. The next step, when I browse and select the weblogic home for my chosen server, I get the following error:
  
  The path 'C:\bea\wlserver_10.3' contains the wrong version of the WebLogic Server. Version expected 10.3.0. Found version 10.3.1.
  
  It seems as odd, as is the business pack Server Eclipse provided with. At this point, I can do more. Can I download a version of the Enterprise Pack? Can I install another version of weblogic? I don't know what to do and I would appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

  I forgot to add... Just select 11 GR 1 material when creating a new server EPCO run and you will be set.

• iTunes requires a newer Version of Apple Mobile Device Support

  I recently had a problem with iTunes not recognizing my iPhone, so I reinstalled the latest version of iTunes on my PC. Since then I have now received this error:

  iTunes requires a newer version of Apple Mobile Device Support. Please uninstall iTunes and Apple Mobile Device Support, then reinstall iTunes.

  I followed these steps, only to get the same error. I then stopped Apple Mobile Device Support Services, manually delete the files in c:\ProgramData\Apple\Installer Cache, repair the installation of iTunes and restart services, only to get the same result.

  I use iTunes 12 and 10 Windows.

  Would like to be able to sync my phone again.

  The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

• sanhq 2.6 incorrect version number display?

  I've updated our 2.5 to 2.6 sanhq yesterday.
  But when I run sanhq it's to show the version of the server: 2.5.2000.6748 (in the screen and help on)

  But I do not see the new features. (monitor of political reliability of raid)

  Is this a known issue?

  Even doing the 2.5EPA version that shows 2.2.something. So I would say that when is presents itself as the Version number that displays the version crorrect of GA.

• vSphere Client reports an incorrect version of vCenter Virtual Appliance

  vSphere Client 5.5 reports incorrect version of vCenter 5.5 Virtual Appliance. For example, vCVA build is 1891314, but in vSphere Client 5.5 GUI shows like 1891313 or vCVA build is 2170515 (last U2a), but in vSphere Client 5.5 GUI shows as 2001466

  I've updated the client to the latest version 1993072, but it made no difference.

I have generator password with a password manager and looks like it was too complicated for the embedded server! Did not work thereafter. I think that there are characters who does not have the server's firmware, but I haven't checked!

  I can understand the frustration you are experiencing. If you do not know the password, we will have to reset the printer to factory settings it to remove it. This will remove all preferences and settings of the printer. Once you reset the printer, you will need to reconfigure the wireless to the printer again.

  When you set a password on the built-in Web server, choose a password that you will remember.

  TIP: Enter a password for the administrator account. When a password is set, the name of the administrator (Admin) and the password are required to view or change the EWS Networking. To disable the password, leave the password empty settings.

  Have you tried to deploy from the NDK since it is able to connect?  It could be using the connection, prevents your order manually run to connect.

  I don't know why they changed the version posted on the content server to use the main exit S5.3 and then the build number, but still the free software download you is different.  I can say that S5.3 build 3529 is F5.3.2, do not know what other build numbers are however for S5.3 and S5.3.1.

My concern is that I don't know if I lose my data making VDISK.

• Caveat when using Mobile Server Java Api Java

  Hi, I have done some java applications to manage users, etc. for Mobile Server 11.3 pub point.  In the console I have use to run java code, I still got the message as:

  Butcher: WARNING: GENERAL: TID$ $ already exists for NomUtilisateur1, ignored

  Butcher: WARNING: GENERAL: TID$ $ already exists for the USER name, ignored

  These messages change depending on the task that I do.  I had the same programs with Olite 10 G java api and I did not have these messages.

  The messages I get are only WARNING and the operation I do work even if messages is displayed.  Does anyone know how to get rid of these messages?

  I found the problem.  I used the jar coming from the server instead of the jar from the MDK (Mobile Development Kit).  Using those to remove MDK all messages.

  According to my understanding "Server Admin" link displays if the user has "sysmanager" role. Just check if the logged in user "weblogic" "sysmanager" or not.
