  • Using Poplets carousel slide easyzoom/Chipeur

    My product page uses two script files to manage the image of the product and their smaller counterparts, the big picture is created by using:

    < div class = "Swiper-slide" >

    < div class = "easyzoom easyzoom - overlay" >

    "< a href="./img/samples/products/product/large/product-1.jpg "title =" ">

    "< img src="/_System/img/Axial/ax90050-5.jpg "alt =" ">

    < div class = "Swiper-slide" >

    "< img src="/_System/img/Axial/ax90050-1.jpg "alt =" ">

    < / div >

    But if I use on the poplet code, {tag_poplets, 1, 100, 100, noscript} in the img src, it makes each of them within a single slide-.swiper block of code. I tried a custom template, but that doesn't seem to work.

    Anyone happen to know how I can connect the two?

    You can how it is supposed to look here.

    Thank you.

    With the help of this thread, I learned that it works as it should.

    Basically, my poplets come in two div sections: the image of the great product and below, the cursor of the poplets.

    Both are now copy the following code:

    Product Image Slider

    {% If this.poplets.size > 0-%}

    {poplet % this.poplets %}

    {% endfor}

    {endif %}

    Cursor Poplets

    {% If this.poplets.size > 0-%}

    {poplet % this.poplets %}

    {{this.name}}

    {% endfor}

    {endif %}

    Your mileage may vary when using this code, but I hope it will help understand you how to implement poplets in a carousel of 3rd party.

  • How can I prevent Captivate to advance to the next slide, after the end of the audio and I click on click to show/hide sidebar box?

    I currently have a slide that plays audio.  While usage is listening to the narration that I can click on three different click the boxes with advanced actions to open and close text boxes, I want the user to read the value.  When reading narrative ends and I'll click on the boxes to click to read a text box, it moves to the next slide.  I understand that I may have to replace the box with smart buttons click but I don't know how to stop the progression to the next slide.  I already have a next button that is put on pause until the user clicks.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm on a tight schedule.

    Quickly, I created a sample file, just have a slide with three form buttons that act as the toggles and a next button. The first three buttons break late exactly at the same time and the next button.

    Since it's the slide by clicking the audio stops no audio at all (common misunderstanding). I created a shared action, with the purpose to display and the variable (mine are labeled v_one instead of v_visib) as parameters:

    StarOne is what you want to show/hide. You can click on infinite time on each key to show/hide this element. He won't interfere not audio, once he started playing he will continue. When the audio is finished, you can still continue to click. Just click on the next button will advance to the next slide. It's my calendar

    No need to rewind the playback head in this case at all.

  • Why not work quiz slides in LMS?

    Using Captivate 7. SCORM 2004. I added three choice quiz multiple slides of the course, intercalated between pages of content, to act as exam questions. Each slide of questionnaire has a send and a clear button.

    When I rebooted the being updated, now with the quiz slides, for the LMS (pierre angular-environment of the scene), the options on the quiz slides are not clickable and submit it and clear buttons are missing.

    My settings are:

    Completion - based views of slide - 100%

    -From the views of the slide - 100% success

    Quiz - "optional - the user can jump."

    Pass/Fail - 0% required to pass

    If failure: enable infinite attempts - box (but I also tried 1 attempt)

    Thank you!

    Thanks, Lieve. In fact, I think that the LMS did not correctly display the quiz slides is because he had already struck me as 'complete' (I had taken the course several times previously.) More in all the different versions I rebooted our training environment, I kept change the quiz parameters, etc., and I think the poor LMS was so confused. So after I did a little more changes to the course (see below) and logged in as a different user, course and quiz slides appear correctly.

    I made these changes to the quiz settings in Captivate:

    -I based completely on the single "read slides" - not on "Quiz is passed."

    -On the parameters of 'Pass or Fail', I changed "Go to the next slide" to "continue".

    and under "if fault of grade," I've changed "1 attempt" of "infinite attempts."

    I also removed the box click reportable of blade 1.

    So I do not know which of these changes has solved the problem, but the course works correctly now, thankfully.

  • Slides of questionnaire will not move forward before the end of audio track

    Hi, I have a quiz at the end of my course that has a voiceover reading the questions and answers. However, if a person is able to read and respond to the question before the audio track is made, I wish they were able to continue on. Instead, each slide remains until the audio track ends. I looked around a few obvious answer to this with no luck. Can anyone help?

    Slide audio, do you need CC?

    What is the action of success? With Infinite attempts you have not a failed action. Set success action to 'Go ├a next page' instead of continue.

  • By clicking on a button the value open url jump break slide

    Hey there! I must be missing something which is right under my nose... I have two transparent buttons over images on a slide that stocks are set to open a URL or file with the attempts of the infinite. I also use back and next arrows and click on boxes to continue and go back. The box click on the next arrow is put on pause project until it locks. What happens, however, is that when I play the project, by clicking on the buttons not only open the URL in a new window, as shown, but they also cause the project to continue to the next slide.

    What I am doing wrong? I go about it the wrong way?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello

    Examine the properties where you run the link in a new window. Here, there is an option that determines whether a break is released.

  • Question slides will not accept a particular response before continuing

    Hello

    I recently started using Captivate 6 after having previously Captivate 5. I created a project in its entirety with true or false question slides, but when I tested the project I noticed that he'll let me only choose one answer given before continuing. For example if I select false, and then click the button submit, nothing happens, and it does not progress to the next slide, but if I select true and submit, it goes to the next slide in the question. This has happened throughout the project (Six Modules in total) and I can't find a solution. I never had this problem when you use Captivate 5, can someone help me with this?

    Hello

    Welcome to the Adobe Forums.

    You must check for an 'attempt' to this question slide (in the properties of Quiz-> for the purposes of the Action)

    If you have infinite or > 1 tent, then the slide will not progress to the next slide.

    Hope this helps!

    Thank you

    Captivate 5.5 prohibited for different types of a quiz question slides to work properly?

    I have a quiz that includes multiple choice questions, multiple choice with several answers, sequencing, and short answer questions. I was told in an online conversation that I had to use a default template to Captivate with a type of question only for captivate slide works correctly. The Adobe representative remotely considering my record, and discovered that the quiz button is not connected to any action, even if I created it a slide of questionnaire.

    Leah: Hello. Welcome to Adobe Technical Support.

    Leah: I received your request. I would like to please a moment to check your account and review the details of your

    request.

    Leah: Please choose the option, the infinite attempts

    David Lee: Yes, I had endless attempts checked. It still does not work.

    Léa : Each question must have infinite attempts

    David Lee: Yes, I welcomed the infinite attempts in quiz preferences, as well as with respect to each question. This particular slide is a question multiple choice with multiple correct answers. The infinite button is checked. The slide informs the user to try again, but the back and the clear button do not work, the termination of the project and the user did not click the new button.

    Lea: I would like to see the result

    Léa : Tiffany is a Captivate model?

    David Lee: No, I did this. The other tab you see is called ClarkTemplate, but this isn't a model of captivate. I called model as is the format for the entire project.

    Léa : Unfortunately there is no action not implemented responses to check and also that is not a default captivate quiz, I can't support this.

    David Lee: Why is there no action on response to tick? It's a quiz slide

    Leah: The model of clark is not a default template of Captivate.

    David Lee: I'm supposed to use a default template of captivate?

    Leah: Yes if you want to

    David Lee: And it would work then?

    Léa : He could.

    David Lee: How to create a default template of captivate?

    Léa : They want a multiple response quiz?

    Léa : If so, please create a quiz, and you can create the quiz with the help of the help file.

    David Lee: Yes, but it should also include short answers and sequencing. Am I limited to a type of question in a quiz for captivate 5.5 working properly?

    Léa : Yes

    David Lee: Thank you for your time.

    Léa : Welcome

    Léa : I closed the meeting

    Léa : Please contact Adobe. Good bye.

    Friendly format for this question slide!  Very cool.

    One thing I want to suggest you check if you meet problems with question slides, but you have not accidentally deleted default captions that are on the slide when Captivate adds to your quiz.  For example if you have deleted or replaced the title of the question (the one that tells you that it is a true/false or multiple choice) or legends question text (the one that allows you to enter the question to which the user is supposed to reply), then you can expect to have strange problems arise.

    Usually, I suggest to users that they're trying to click the little eye icon on the timeline for the quiz question so that it hides all the objects on the slide.  This icon SHOULD NOT overshadow the default Captivate captions or buttons.  He must hide captions or the items that you added to the slide when it was inserted.  If you click on this icon and you see the title of the issue or question text captions disappear, then you are snookered and need to rebuild this quiz with a new question.  You can not re - insert these specialized legends once you've deleted.  They come with question slides.  Most users of Captivate are blissfully unaware that these legends of importance both for the proper functioning of the quiz.

    One last thing: some of your symptoms suggest that you have the Quiz settings > required options set too tight.  Make sure that the drop is set to optional for the highest degree of flexibility.

  • Problem of question slide

    Hello, in our Adobe Captivate 5.5 project, we have created 4 question slides, 3 are Multiple choice and true/false 1.

    The Question slides are on slide 8, 18, 28 and 30. Worth encountered who is passing by the version of the exe Published what it gets an error. If you correctly answer the question of slide 8, goes back to one of the previous slides (perhaps to cross again or a reason any) and then goes to any new question (18, 28, or 30) slide, you do not get the options to respond and get a message that "you did not answer the question completely".

    Help, please!

    Hey guess what? We managed to solve it. My assistant did super great about it. We just tried to find a solution when she tried something and it worked

    What she did was go to Quiz preferences > success or failure > Grade fault if we checked the infinite attempts. and it worked.

    And thank you hey Rod 1 million for your help patient, constant. Could really count on you. And no, if would not have been possible to share the file (sorry! Believe me I wouldve in order to get the solution) but we cannot for reason of confidentiality - surely you understand.

    A big thank you to you too Lilybiri.

  • Move forward again on the wrong answer to the infinite attempts?

    Hello

    I want to use captivate to a summative assessment where students can have a micro tent to each question and are able to move forward and backward in the quiz. From what I see at the moment when I put the question tent level infinity the slide never correct progresses until they get the answer. I want them to be able to change their answer but go ahead to submit even if their answer is incorrect? At the moment I can't see a way to do this? Is my only option to use custom slides?

    Thank you.

    You are right if you set infinite attempts on an issue, then Captivate will assume you want the student to stay on this issue until they have obtained is correct.

    Developers often find it difficult to understand how Captivate work quiz questions. There are many ways, you can configure the options of the question.  In fact, there are good reasons for seemingly odd behavior, but these reasons are often hidden by the way settings are configured.

    As a sample: once the participant sends a response to a slide in questionnaire (good or bad), and then progresses to another slide, their response to this slide is locked.  If you have several attempts on this issue enabled, AND you need to step back authorized, your attendee can go back to the previous question and try it, but if you do not have the legend to try again or on failure levels, Captivate will then appear to allow them to present a correct answer.

    If you want the user to be able to go forward even if their answer is incorrect, just turn on the key jump on the question slide.  The user can then choose to click this button to proceed to the next question.

  • Add a slide show using apDivs - will not focus / clashes with the images.

    Hey guys,.

    I'll be as fast and accurate as possible. I am new to Dreamweaver and I'm having a few problems in my attempts to create a Web site simple portfolio.

    I am trying to add in a base image slideshow using apDivs. I had a look online and found a few fantastic JQuery slideshows, and I ended up adapting it for use on my site;

    http://www.queness.com/post/923/create-a-simple-infinite-carousel-with-jQuery

    I have pictures in the base of my site and I wanted to add the slideshow above them (and the same thing for a couple of YouTube embeded videos too.) I added in an apDiv and placed the code for the slide show inside. This created a layer that goes on top of the image, and I am able to put the code for the slide show into it without any problems (providing the position of the apDiv has the Absolute value).

    {#apDiv1}
    position: absolute;
    top: 419px;
    left: 400px;
    Width: 555px;
    height: 480px;
    z-index: 1;
    }

    The problem I have is lining up the cursed thing. Of course, defining the apDiv absolute positioning is a bad idea, because while it was going on well in a resolution, it is not in another. I tried to change the position of the apDiv for relative and then adding changes to my code;

    {#apDiv1}
    position: relative;

    Width: 555px;
    height: 480px;

    left margin: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
    z-index: 1;
    }

    This centers my slideshow (which is beautiful), but is no longer layers on the top of the image (since it seems to work only when the position is set to absolute.) Instead, the slide show appears below the image rather than on top.

    Is there a way possible, I can keep the apDiv (which contains the slide show) centered while standing on the top of the image? As I said, it will layer on very well when the absolute value, but won't focus. When the relative value, it will center but not layer on top. It is one or the other, and I'm pulling my hair out top at the moment.

    If anyone can give any help, please Please let me know. I've included a Notepad document, including all of my code on the page (including my wacky comments) to the address below, if it helps in any way;

    http://www.box.NET/shared/5nufqc78jbg0mfkb00n5

    Do #container position: relative.  Do Divap1 position: absolute and adjust high/left to place values in the container you want.

    (You realize one) your page is too wide, and b) there is no content on the page, right?

  • Slide paused continues when I click anywhere on the slide - why? (CP5)

    Hi - end of the CBT I create, I present some challenge questions.  I do not use the Quiz feature that I have not need enter the student responses.

    I added a blank slide with an image with captions of reversal.  I added a "continue" button, then they can go to the next page, after they are made to review the image.

    Everything works fine, the breaks of slide, so they have time to right-click the image, and leads to the next page when you click on the button continue.

    The strange thing is that it also goes to the next page when I click anywhere on the screen.  This only happens on these three blades, the rest of my film does not progress when you click on the background.

    For the slide, I put it on enter = continue and exit = No Action display time = 3 seconds

    For the button continue, I put it on success = go to the next slide, attempts = 1, the last attempt = go to the next slide, break after = 1.1 s

    Anyone know why when I click on the slide, it goes to the next slide?  I want to slide to pause until it only the button is clicked.

    Thank you!

    Your continue button is being set up so that if the learner does not click on the button action of the last attempt will be used.  By default it is to continue.  So while you want only the user to go to the next slide, if they clicked on the button, by setting attempts on 1, you said Captivate any click outside the button should invoke the action of breaking for this button, which will be to continue to the next slide.

    Try setting your button to the attempts of the infinite.  This disables the action of failure.

  • Prevents Adobe Captivate to continue to the next slide

    Hello all and thanks in advance for any answers.

    I've been using Adobe Captivate 4 for a little and believe I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm stumped on this one.

    I'm creating a troubleshooting guide for our users. The blade has a button that calls any javascript to open the network connections window instead of toward it.

    (function runApp() {}
    var shell = new ActiveXObject ("WScript.shell");
    hull. Run ("control.exe ncpa.cpl");
    }

    runApp();
    )

    After they do their check, they have a question that is asked of them with a Yes/No with a jump to slide for each option.

    When they click on the Javascript button, that opens very well and the slide remains now. But if they click the button a second time, the slide automatically goes to the next.

    I updated the slide properties 'No Action' at the exit and I even tried infinite/100 clicks on the java button and slide still goes to the following.

    I even tried to hide a button click on the slide with a "No Action" on the success or failure, nothing helps.

    Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    Thank you again in advance!

    Serge

  • Need help moving between slides

    How to make a Captivate movie, upon their publication, to move to one side at a time by pressing the ' enter '? I need the Captivate movie to act as a Power Point presentation. Thank you!

    Hello
    Here is an alternative that works very well, especially if you have already designed all / most of your slides:

    Add your first slide two click boxes. Position them wherever you want (for example at the top left and top right). Assign one to go to the next slide and the value of entry as a shortcut key. Set the other to go to the previous page and set the BACKSPACE key (for example) as a shortcut key.
    Together the two infinite attempts.
    On the Options tab, select rest of slide, then uncheck all the boxes. This for both boxes, click.

    Now, activate the two boxes to click and copy them.
    Then select all the slides in the film except the first slide Strip. Press Ctrl + V to paste the click boxes. they will be glued on all the slides except Quiz slides.

    Get an overview of your project and test your shortcuts.

  • It does not try to return questionnaire slides. Why?

    This issue was published earlier today by another user, but no one has presented a solution:

    http://www.Adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/Forum/MessageView.cfm?forumid=67 & catid = 464 & ThreadID = 1417905 & enterthread = y

    I have the same problem and hoping that republish will hit the answer down from the trees.

    Problem: I insert slides of questionnaire at the end of my lesson file. In the compiled file, once I reach quiz slides, if I use the back button, bar reading or menu to return to a previous slide, I can access is no longer the quiz slides. There is simply no reaction by pressing the button following or using the menu. The playback bar jumps beyond quiz slides in both directions and is not even the numbering (18/25, etc.) for the quiz slides.

    Someone at - it no indication as to why this is happening?

    Thank you.

    After a few tries, he discovered the following:

    Go to Quiz > Quiz preferences. Under settings, there is a checkbox «Allow the user to review quiz» In terms of success or failure, there is an infinite "Attempts" checkbox I had both of those not selected. Here's what happens when you select or clear one or both:

    1 attempt + review: user starts answering questions and then backup. The user can move forward again. Answering questions always shows the responses. Once reached the unanswered questions, they are now locked.

    Infinity + review: the user begins to answer questions and then backup. The user can move forward again. Answers to questions clear and the user can answer all questions.

    No review + 1 attempt: the user begins to answer questions and then backup. The user cannot be prosecuted again. (It was the situation).

    No review + infinity: same as review + infinity.
