I came across your post and would be happy to help you change the date and time on your Officejet 4650 printer. Try the following steps:

  • Turn your printer off and then on.
  • On the printer Panel, drag the screen to the left and then press the Setup program () icon.
  • Select the Preferences menu in the list.
  • The first option is 'Date and Time' - select that and change the same.

  • How can I remove ink jets if my all-in-one is broken and does not light?

My hp officejet pro8600 than n911g was struck by lightning.  It will turn is no longer.  I used a new cord without result.  I need to remove the ink jets, I recently installed.  How can I access them without power?

It is possible that the printer was not fried, but the power may need to be reset.  Watch this video for sure:

    http://h20621.www2.HP.com/video-gallery/us/en/customer-care/1245172417001/fixing-your-HP-printer-when-it-wont-turn-on-or-respond/video/

If the printer is really fried, remove the front panel to access the cartridge Board and force it to the left.  Since you printer is not repairable, you lose nothing.

  • CE251A, CE253A CE250A: Laser ink jet cartridges

Sifting through my late father, I came across these 3 laser jet ink cartridges. My mother no longer has the printer those cartridges go. Is it possible that we can send them to you for a partial refund. Of course we have no receipt, and they are at least 4 to 6 months old. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Let me first off the coast with I'm a volunteer and do not work by HP but here's my thoughts.

First of all, let me say I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your father, my father died many years ago.

Without a receipt, you don't know if your dad bought these at HP or from another source.

If you can determine where they were bought you a chance at returning to a kind of credit, or even possibly a refund.

If they were paid for with a credit card, you may be able to find the purchase on a credit card bill.

If all else fails you could go to an eBay dealer and at least get a bit of money for them.

The lines that follow this sentence are automatic and appear on every post that I do, they may seem a little insensitive to this particular post but it's just something that is set up to happen every time I reply to someone so I don't have to type them again and again.

  • T120: Will be this Ink Jet Dry Out?

I'm looking to replace my designJet 450 c late which lasted about 14 years. My biggest complaint with this printer was that after sometimes go months without printing, the nozzles on the ink cartridges would be dry. I was able to revive the black ink cartridge by rubbing its nozzles with isopropyl alcohol on a Q-Tip, but color cartridges were less forgiving and had to be replaced long before their ink have been spent. I finally gave up on using color printing.

I would like a new printer 24 inch large format color, mainly used for architectural drawings, and the T120 is in my budget. The question is, is ink technology and feel similar to that of the 450 HP. and so give me the same problems of drying out or have improved that will give me years of carefree color printing without ink with clogged nozzles?

To be honest continuous months without printing is never a good idea with any inkjet printer even high-end.  The new Designjet printers uses a different method for the delivery of the ink in your old c of 450.  On your old printer, the ink and the print heads are one unit if the ink ran out you need to replace or if the printhead part went wrong, you need to replace.  Plotters of today have separate and distinct from the printheads ink tanks.  They use a set of tube between the two to provide the necessary ink.  The print heads contain little ink since it must flow from the top down and is powered by the tanks and the tubes where the ink is under pressure.  Also, service stations where parks of the carriage house when not not used are made better and cap the print heads better to provide a better seal to avoid drying out.  Usually, I recommend to my clients to print a flush at least once every 2 weeks.  May be a small article, but it keeps the cool heads and prevents the clogging in the long term.  On most modern conspirators, I see today, printing heads last 2 to 5 years without problem.  Also, as far as I saw never ink tanks go wrong.  On some models, the inks expire, but most allow for continuous printing with inks has expired.  Most recent plotters also have a cleaning routine that cleans the print heads when the obstruction has occurred.  Hope this helps with your decision.

  • Jet 4650 office: Office jet 4650 installation of cartridges

I got spare ink cartridges 63/302. When I installed it it worked fine. The next day, an error message was shown stating "Ink cartridges problem", «remove and reinstall the ink cartridge indicated, assuring that it is correctly installed...» ". Hi @pkschatzi,

Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support for a solution to your problem of cartridge.

I understand that you have a printer all-in-one HP OfficeJet 4650 which is registered with the HP Ink Instant service and you get an 'ink cartridge problem' with the reconstitution of three colors 63/302 HP cartridge. I would like to help with that.

Here is the document of support with this problem - "not compatible ink cartridge" or "lack of ink cartridges" error.

Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.

In fact, if it helps you to find a solution, please click on the 'accept as Solution' and the 'thumbs up' buttons down below in this message.

    Thank you!

  • 'RT Set date and time' does not define the UTC seconds

    Hallo,

I tried to set the time on my cRio 9012 with the function settimeUTC which is used by the vi "the Date and time value. But the second I get home are ADDED to the current time and not defined as the new value.

Even the vi illustrates this behavior: I've set up a vi time where in a loop (100ms delay) and reread. When I put in local time stop the clock (as expected), but when I put the UTC time the Dungeon seconds on the run...

Can someone help me with this problem?

    Thank you

    Florian

    Hi Florian.

After posting your version of LabVIEW, I found an answer to your question:

The behavior you're seeing is a known bug that has been fixed in LabVIEW 8.5.1. Workaround is to use set local time instead.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

  • shared variables stops when I use RT Set date and time.vi

    Hi all

I have a problem that I can't solve. I run a project of RT on a PXI-8106 module using LV8.5. I used shared Variables to transfer data to and from my host computer for about 6 months with no problems. Recently I neeeded to the synchronization time RT with my host PC of time (to collect time-stamped data of the target RT) and I decided to use the "RT set time and Date.vi ' both before the beginning of each synchronization test.

As soon as I started using this vi, I noticed that my shared variables would either stop updating, or slow down considerably (this includes loss of data during the transfer of data between the PXI to host PC with shared variable). I do not receive any errors or warnings from any of my shared variables, and no errors are generated when using the RT set time and Date vi, so im at a loss for where to start. Ive disabled this feature for now and my system works well again, but I want to get this to work because the timestamps generated in the data by the RT system are out and I need a method to synchronize the time with the host pc.
    Any ideas would be appreciated,

    Thank you

    David

Thanks for the info. I'll avoid upgrading to 8.5.1 at the moment so I'll just remove the VI. Instead, I create a 'elapsed time' timestamp which should do the job.

    See you soon,.
