  1. we're deciding what version of Adobe to buy...

  We have a form that applicants are required to complete.

  I managed to create this form using Acrobat 9 Pro (trial version on Windows Vista).

  Are we able to insert a photo of the applicant on the form?

  And if so, how do I do it?  I need to explain that it works on our Board before a purchase is made.

  So far, I only did a 'workaround solution' which is to create a button, the only icon and insert photo.

  Is there a better way?

  You cannot use either to do what you want. There is a use 500 by the requirement of form for reader of pdf files. You must use the lifecycle Reader Extensions (a rather expensive product). I don't know if you can do what you want with determination of the photos. It might work with the Designer (please ask in the forum Designer) or it may require of cycle of life forms (check in the forum of forms of life cycle).  You can avoid some of these restrictions if you do not ask the user to send the pdf, but they fill out the form on the internet and ask them to submit the data to you via a database or webscript.

  I had a similar probem and error when you use the drop-down list instead of a checkbox. It was solved by putting the SELECT name = "CarMake in the menu dropdown.

  You check in one or more of the boxes before continuing? Remember what I said about the form field box existing only on the page of treatment at least 1 or more checkboxes are checked on your form. Make sure you use to avoid this problem.

  I have been using PowerPoint for many years, but now I want to change my speech.  On PowerPoint, there is a feature where I can "insert slides from file".  I have often used this function to insert the files (database of song lyrics) quickly to form a unique presentation with special songs, I need on a given day.

  I would like to know if there is a similar feature on Keynote, or if there is another way I can insert quickly from the files of a database to compile a unique presentation.

  It would be much too tedious open individual database files, select all of the slides, drag them into the new format, and then close each file database.

  Only databases Keynote can access media import files are iTunes and PHOTOS.

  Keynote can directly move the media to a folder if they are graphic compatible QuickTime video and audio.  Drag and drop pictures on the Panel of the browser, it is located on the left side of the slide canvas.

  This can happen if you have conencted some disk of the machine that has pictures and you have set up the photos in the screen saver.

  You can try to change the photo screensaver can access the registry path if it exists.

  a. Click Start, type regedit in the search box and press ENTER.

  b. navigate to the

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Gallery\Slideshow\Screensaver photo

  c. If the screen saver is mentioned in the settings, then on the right you will see "FolderPath".

  (d) the entry for folderpath should be C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Sample pictures

  e. If isn't changing for the above entry.

  f. exit the registry editor, restart the computer and check.

  Important: The above mentioned steps show you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

  I have an insert multi-table into two tables. When I use the indicator append, the plan of the explain command is no indication that the indicator is respected. But if I change the statement and perform an insert in a single table, then I see "LIVE LOAD INTO" in the plan.

  I get the error message "Please insert a disc in the drive I" when I try to attach a drive external hard (in a case of hard disk) via a USB 2.0 to my Dell Dimension 8400 computer. I am running Windows XP Prorfessional.

  When I attach an external hard drive that comes with its own enclosure as a Western Digital MyBook via the same cable USB 2.0 the following happens. Windows Explorer shows the new disks I and J. If I try to open the drive I have, I get the "Please insert a disc into drive I"message.» However, when I try to open the drive J I'm able to do it and see the files, in this case, the Western Digital MyBook. I can also open these files.

  I searched the Internet for solutions to this problem. In some cases, the problem can be solved by renaming the drive letter, but this does not work in my case. Most of the sites I visited fail to provide a solution. Very many missions I've read on various sites, the problem seems to be related to error messages has Microsoft Windows. The solution would seem to have to disable this / these messages by changing the relevant parts of the registry.   Unfortunately, the information that I found are too vague and contradictory to me. Microsoft seems to suggest changing the value of ErrorMode in CurrentControlSet so that the user gets more no error message 'hard' (modification of the: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows\ErrorMode value = 2). However, this suggestion for the backup of SQL Server databases. It also seems a bit drastic to turn off hardware error messages. In another post the suggestion is to delete upper and lower filters in the section of the registry that controls the hard drive. The problem here is that you may have to reload the software. Also, I'm afraid I'll mess up the registry.

  I suspect that the boxes of hard drive that does not open professional XP are somehow corrupt. Unfortunately, the error message keeps me from use any diagnostic software to examine the hard drives in these speakers. In this regard, I would be grateful to anyone who might suggest a diagnosis good freeware hard drive.

  utility. Download from WDC, installed on an MS-DOS formatted disk, pc boot

  2nd problem: whenever I restart my computer or shut it down and then power up the white bar that moves from left to right only moving to halfway through and then stops. I then have to hold the power button in until the computer turns off again and then rehit the power button. This problem started when I loaded the software for my printer Canon MX870 new that I bought and installed in October 2010 and has been done since then.
