  I have an iMac and spin El Capitan.  My hard drive is not defragind or strippers. I'm trying to clean up my iCloud Phot files.  I have tens of thousands of files I want to delete.  For some, it has been more than a year stuck with the files that I don't want.  Most of them are of thumbnails or symbols.  I want to set up separate Liberals for the various subjects.   Of course you can not move them from one library to another.  And they got rid of Cup. First I have to highlight the files and my mac goes in all its States.  Then, after what seems like the computer never accepts that the files have been highlighted.  Then when I tell to send files to the Recycle Bin it must prepare and examines files evey and debates of its value.  Then after that it's over, he spent through the process again.   It seems debating the removel of each files many times.  All of these methods take hours and hours and grinds my computer to a hault. If they work at all.   Normally I nettoieriez this with msWord, but no text.  Mac is still recovering from switch to deleate the tens of thousands of files.  CCleaner won't work or will I have to use the Mac of my own.  Still, I'm not talking about defragin or cleaning my hard drive I need a quick way to delete several files.

  Don't even think to put fraudulent rubbish that is CleanMyMac on your computer.  If you want to see it became an expensive paperweight, by all means, install it.  If you want to continue to use it, take a pass.  CCleaner is also unnecessary.  Mac is needless, cleaners, refreshing products, organizers, optimizers, or any other program "maintenance".  They do a great job of taking care of themselves.  Allowing a third party program to remove anything from your computer, that it is an image file or an application is inherently dangerous because they suppress also many other files you don't know anything.  They could be essential system files, they could be trash.  You don't know, and they won't tell you.

• Captivate 7 - Insert white Slide bug?

  I created a tutorial in Captivate 7 (Win 8.1) using screenshots (taken from another computer by using Windows Update 8.1). I want the last slide in a white screen I will then model. I use "insert > white Slide" to make. The slide in the Filmstrip, seems to be empty. However, when I click on the slide, it shows a screen shot of a previous slide. I can't get rid of it. The image file does not appear in the timeline, nor, as noted earlier, in the film strip.

  What can I do? I want to add a SmartShape to cover the screen, but I want the watered down to 80% alpha. When I do that, I can see the background image that shouldn't be there in the first place. Help!

  Check if the timing of the image on the previous slide is set for the rest of the project.

  I have a user who is trying to open several files at once in IllustratorCC. When you select several files and right click-> open, it opens to a single file. If she double clicks on a file so that it has a file open in illustrator, nothing happens. The only way she found to open several files is to go to file-> open-> Browse to the location for each file. It's your time. Is anyway to allow to quickly open multiple files similar to how older versions of Illustrator has done?

  I would be very grateful for a solution to this issue, as I failed to find one yet in this forum.

  The presentation is non-linear, which means that the first slide is a kind of menu that you can choose another slide to explore and always comes back to the first.

  Each slide has several buttons that activate different audio files, and there is a button on the arrow in the lower right corner to jump to the first slide.

  The problem is that the slide does not stop after that you click on some of the audio buttons and continue on the next slide (instead of take a break until the user clicks on the arrow button). When I click a few buttons and listen to audio, eventually the slide automatically continues to the next slide.

  I tried:

  • Add button click box with "break project up to what the user clicks
  • change all the buttons for timing-> break after...
  • change only the arrow for Timing-> button pauses after...
  • and will not take unnecessarily long time to slide

  Any ideas?

  You don't say 'how' to play the audio? In any case, the default behavior of interactive objects that trigger a simple action is out the read head.   I would like to highlight several files to delete at the same time. Through Windows highlight you or click on the first file with the mouse and click on the last file and everything in-between becomes highlighted for deletion. Is there a way to do the same thing with my Mac without clicking on each file individually?

  OS X does not have an iota of code Microsoft Windows. Do not expect that it works in the same way.

  1. You have the choice on OS X. You can click and drag the file icons that you want to remove, then right-click on one of them and select move to trash.
  2. You can select the first icon in the file and then pressing the SHIFT key or order, select the following icons. Then click on any place in the trash.
  3. Step 2, but using the arrow keys for the selection of additional directional file icon.
  4. Combine [1, 2, 3] to add or subtract icons from file.

I even tried to delete using BACK, but it says no file. I get no error message just bong when I try to remove it. I just tried to delete them in safe mode, it did not work.

  You can navigate to the folder in the command prompt?  From the record have you tried del *. * ?

  You probably want to use a command like this:
  for /f %i in (list.txt) can I copy/b %i destDir
  Where "list.txt" is a file that contains a list of the files that you want to copy and 'destDir' is the directory you want to copy.  If you put this line in a '.bat' file, you may need to replace each character "%" to "%".

  Or, if it's a short list of files, you could do something like:
  for %i in (file1, file2, File3) can I copy/b %i destDir

  Thank you for the additional information.

  Yesterday, I decided to register on IT * files .tmp on DVD and I removed them from the TEMP directory. I decided to do it because none of the processes they used at the time of my comment. I compared the the event logs for any new warnings or errors, but mistakes are appearing as before removal. The errors are:
  -The parallel port driver service failed to start due to the following error: the service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices is associated to him.
  -Could not load the plug-in module. (GUID = {56F9312C-C989-4E04-8C23-299DEE3A36F5}) (Error code = 0 x 80042019)

  I haven't checked on the first error, but it appears in the system log because I erased the corrupt system log - also before deleting the files.
  The second is well known 'Vaio Entertainment Database Services' error (in the application log) and everyone invites you to remove this service from startup list. So maybe I'll do it.

  My Vaio has now extra 7.5 GB of free space and has no performance or other problems (so far).

  Today, I tried this (sfc/scannnow) system scan and the log is perfectly clean. Nothing has been repaired.
  Also checkdisk returns nothing abnormal so I think the albums * .tmp not fail at any other SW. The other issue is how they were created, but as my log files have been corrupted (another known problem of vista), I will probably never know the answer.

  If new sth will appear on the subject (e.g. new TOP * .tmp files), I'll write again.
