Inspiron E1505 having to stay connected via the wireles lan

As of the end of the wireless lan or the wireless internet to my laptop works intermittently or not at all. I am running Windows XP Home edition Media. The laptop used to connect to my router wirelessly with no problems and stay connected. I did all the evil that shooting the self-help site Dell says to do. I can see my wireless router and that you have entered the WEP key. I downloaded the updated for the wireless card drivers. I have another laptop in Vista that will connect to the same router without problem so I'm pretty sure is not the router. When the connection is de-energized, I go to the network connections page and see that the wireless network connection has a red X through it. After that some playing around, I have may come back, the red X goes.  When I right click the wireless internet to wireless networks available veiw upward opens a screen that says "Windows cannot configure the wireless connection. Any suggestions?

  • iPhone will not stay connected to the internet?

    * Posted on MacRumors forums but no answers *.

So basically since a few days my phone sometimes don't remain not connected to the internet network of BT-Hub3. I connect to it and then sometimes, it will stay connected for a minute for a few seconds and then disconnect. When I go to the wifi thing it seems available to connect to. After a couple of times that to happen, it will say wrong password (this is the password) and disconnect me and then I have to type the password. Repeat to infinity. It's honestly so frustrating.

Sometimes it will stay and be fine but his is happened twice in the last few days and never happened before with any phone I've had.

I try my phone with my BT-Hub4 internet network and it will stay connected. The only problem with this is that the internet is further (bottom), so has a low connection that does not charge anything unless I lean on my bed.

Initially, I assumed my internet pick, but I'm typing this I am connected to the network BT-Hub3 without disconnect him, even once.

I had the phone for a year and 2 months (previous owner had since October/November/December in the year of release) and recently got a replacement of the unofficial battery if this of any help. I also still have my phone on the low power mode. The phone always properly connect to the BT-Hub3 network even with unofficial battery and low power however mode.

I had several other problems with the phone (camera, apps download not heat no reason apparent, random battery drains despite the new battery in just 3 months and has the same problem with the battery, slow Touch ID that apparently is not normal), which most recently happened.

I had all the settings to reset a week or two ago but surely if who messed with my settings internet I would have had the internet issue earlier? Not sure if I should try to reset the network settings. I hate this and only do if I need to.

One last note, I have the latest version of iOS so ignore saying his 9.3.2 on

    Hi pinkdolphins0400,

Thanks for posting in the communities of Support from Apple! I understand that you are having problems with your iPhone does not stay connected to your internet connection at home. I use my home Wi - Fi network to stay connected, so I use all the cell data, if I can understand wanting to make sure that you are able to stay in touch. I am pleased to provide you with a few suggestions for you.

The first thing I recommend you do is follow the steps described in the following article. It seems that you have already experienced some of these steps, but I want to be sure that you have covered everything.

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi - Fi network

Since you mentioned that your iPhone will stay connected to your network to another, you can take a look at the network settings for the one that you are having problems staying connected to. Article below provides information about network configurations suggested for Apple devices. You can also check with the manufacturer for your BT 3 - Hub see if there are updates that must be performed. This can cause problems with disconnects.

Recommended settings for the WiFi routers and access points

For other problems you mentioned (apps do not download, camera, battery draining, contact ID, etc.) reset settings was a big step in troubleshooting to try. If these things are always happening, I recommend making a backup of your iPhone and then restore it via iTunes. The backup will ensure that your data is saved. When you perform the restore via iTunes, you'll want to set up as a new device (temporarily), and then test it. Once you test, you can try to restore your backup. You can find all of the information below, you will need.

The backup of your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup

    See you soon!

  • Cannot stay connected to the network, even after replacing my old router.

I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite L655 is one year old and its operating system is Windows 7 home Premium I have Comcast internet service and use a NetGear wireless router.

Recently, about 2 months ago I got this router in Comcast, in replacement of my old 1. Why I asked that a new router was the former 1 had problems to stay connected to the internet. The problem persisted even with the new router so I look at it is not not a problem with Comcast or the router. I tried resetting the connection, the son, restart the router, diagnostics running on my laptop and are not yet able to resolve the problem. I run disc optimization, defragment the hard drive, run many virus / spyware scans and tried to disable startup programs as much as possible. This problem has frustrated me for months and I want to get it resolved. It sucks paying all that money for equipment and service and there not work directly without having to spend more money, which I have unfortunately not yet. Any help is very appreciated.

Something happened that broke my remote desktop connection.

System-Win 7 Pro, with enabled Remote Desktop connections. (Static IP, router configured for port before any RDP to this system)

For a few years now, I had access to this system via desktop remote with all the problems. I have connected by using the name of the computer on the local network and have also connected using the public IP address with a problem. Name of user and password for one, way worked fine.

The other day there was a power outage or something, most of my systems was suddenly restarted or turned off, and my router had to be reset. Not sure if this is a coincidence of bad, but now the problem is that connection via the public IP address I get "your credentials did not work" when you try to connect. However, if I connect using the host name within the local chapter of the network of the same name to username/password work very well because they always have.

That's happened. I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. My remote user cannot log on this system.  Help, please!

Thank you for taking the time to answer, it's really appreciated. I could solve the problem. I don't know how, but if finally started working again. I have reset my network card and reset IP address static of the machine, that I tried to connect. And after some back and forth with that, all of a sudden he was still working. Hello

I have configured remote access VPN to ASA and tries to connect via the Cisco VPN Client 5.0

I am not able to connect and watch the journal on the SAA

ASA-3-713902: Group = xxxxx, IP = x.x.x.x, withdrawal homologous peer table is placed, no match!

ASA-4-713903: Group = xxxxx, IP x.x.x.x, error: impossible to rmeove PeerTblEntry

ASA does not support the K9 i.e. VPN - DES is enabled and VPN-3DES-AES is disabled.

    What could be the reason.

    Concerning

Hi, I had this same problem, here is the solution:

When you perform a debug crypto isakmp 255, so you see that the cisco vpn client does not support SHA +, you must use MD5 + AN or sha with 3DES/AES.

Be careful, this debugging is very talkative, but that's the only way I found to get ITS proposal on debugging.

Well, change your strategy using MD5 isakmp / OF would do the trick.

    Hello

I put t know what icon on the desktop you want to say but perhaps you intervene on the Wlan icon that appears in the taskbar.

In any case, to establish a connection to the wireless LAN laptop side switch must be enabled and you must also use the FN + F8 key combination to switch to the WLan.

    Did you check that?

By the way; If there is a software problem, I recommend to use the System Restore tool and reverse the operating system to the beginning.

  • My new Inspiron one 2020 does not connect to the internet via ethernet.

I have connected my a 2020 new victory 8 to our office via a network cable and the following occurs: Broadband connects to the router, but not internet access. I can reach our router and see the router configuration and status screens, but not the internet.  The rest of our office has perfect internet access. I tried two calls to support, and abroad, people insist that they go through their material problems even if the network adapter works obviously.  I suggested that it was probably a problem of windows security, and they said to reinstall windows.  Very frustrating.  Any help out there?

I finally got internet connection ignoring suggestions from tech support and following my instinct that he was related to security.  First, I removed the McCaffy and turned off the windows firewall.  Then I crossed the ip configuration for the 6th time and ended up dhcp and my dns settings in tcp/ip to work and I had internet.  Firewall turned on him again and consider using Windows Defender.  I complete installation tomorrow after that updates Windows Update are downloaded while I'm resting.

  • Cannot stay connected to the internet

I have an Inspiron E1505 w / windowXP.  I use an Intel Pro wireless connection. Through a Linksys router.  When on AOL or IE, I get finally starts off.   Sometimes, but rarely I can stay connected for an hour of time it starts me after 5 min.  All the various moments. Sometimes it boots me to the blue screen.  I have connected via ethernet directly and did not have this problem.  This problem has been for about a month or two, the previous year that it worked perfectly.  So I guess it's in my wireless connection.  A Tech asked me to completely restore my computer but I am hesitant to start it if it could be something to the difficulty. I restore to a checkpoint two months back.  This did not help.   Any ideas?

  • Why don't I stay connected to the journal online (Huffington Post)

When I connect to the Huffington Post, a newspaper online via browser Google Chrome, I stay connected for hours, until I leave the site. When you use Firefox my default browser, I be online only until I click on a story and then I noticed that I am not connected anymore.

I tried to disable the Add-ons, safe boot mode, but it does not help. It didn't happen in another site, but because I've only visited the site for the first time recently, I can say that I did not any changes to firefox just before or after.

I have the ability to use Google Chrome, but I don't like not really her - thats why FF is the default browser. I have also post comments on Forums and newspaper stories and find Lazare very useful if I am stopped when writing a piece. Now, Lazarus works brilliantly in Firefox but doesn't seem to work in GC. Yet another reason to fix this "stay connected".

Third-party cookies are all cookies by servers other than the one listed in the address bar. They are needed on some sites, you found, but are also the means by which track you advertising servers.

In my opinion, a good balance is to allow all cookies, but expires them at the end of the current session by changing your story custom options to:

    Keep until: "closing of Firefox.

So if there are sites that you do NOT want to be disconnected of the sessions, add those as exceptions, either by using the Exceptions on this same tab, or about: permissions (note the colon between subject and permissions), or the Page Info (Tools menu or right click) dialog box.

  • Problem to stay connected to the internet through the wireless router.

I'm having a strange problem.  My computer will stay connected wireless for anywhere between 2-30 minutes before losing connectivity.  However, it works when I plug it into the router, which is what I'm doing now.  I have tried everything I can think of to eliminate the problem, but it has not changed.  Usually, once it shuts down it will stay off until I have change the frequency of router or something.  Reset the router works every time some time, but nothing is definitely the problem.

I disabled ipv6, reset the router, update windows, restarted several times that I have unplugged router and modem, reconfigured frequency channel of the router, among other things.

It must be a problem with my computer because my roommate both have computers that are working properly.  In addition, it is a relatively new problem.  I've had my computer for a few months now and it has worked well up until that 2 days ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello

I would try the underside and then if no joy try a system restore to before this happened - don't worry
the system restore without the bottom as the issue will probably come back. And if you always do
a system restore and then repeat the underside when even because all will be back to old drivers and settings.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please do this 1 and repeat if you need to do a system restore:

Actually try updating your driver and disabling the network logon.

Control Panel - network - write down of the brand and the model of the Wifi - double click top - tab of the driver - write
version - click the driver update (cannot do something that MS is far behind the pilots of certification). Then
Right click on the Wifi device and UNINSTALL - Reboot - it will refresh the driver stack.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

Download - SAVE - go where you put it - right click – RUN AS ADMIN.

You can download several at once however restart after the installation of each of them.

After watching the system manufacturer, you can check the manufacturer of the device an even newer version. (The
manufacturer of system become your backup policies).

Repeat for network (NIC) card and is a good time to get the other updated drivers as Vista like
    updated drivers.

I would also turn off auto update for the drivers. If the updates Windows suggests a just HIDE as they
are almost always old, and you can search drivers manually as needed.

Make sure you know the details of connection to your wireless router - SSID and password.

You lose connection when you do and have to redo your logon.

Control Panel - Network & Sharing Center - right, click Customize - page set of network locations.
lower left click on merge or delete network locations - REMOVE all instances of your network (and the

  • HP CP1525nw - connect via the wired network and Wi - Fi ad-hoc?

At my work, we have our range of HP printers 1525nw connected in the printserver network via an ethernet cable.  The printer has its own IP address on the network configuration.

That support computers XP stops, a copula of computers is cut out / blocked from the network of employment.  A computer is enough where we can make a USB connection to print.  Another lies on another bench.  In addition, who is away from the printer also may not be perfected for a compatible Windows operating system because of the incompatibility with specialized software used to operate the hardware connected to this computer.

Is it possible for this network printer wired to be also configured to print wireless via an ad-hoc connection?  Maybe the idea was that we could install a wireless card on XP teachix computer and print wirelessly via a direct connection to the printer, by not having to connect via cable at all.  But it sounds like it would be not possible.  Looking for a straight answer before you start shopping for a wireless PCI card.

Other messages, I read, I think that the CP1525 can be ethernet or wireless not both at the same time.  Prevent you from establishing an ad hoc network the way you described.

You could try a cheap router with a built in print server connected to the usb port.  then add wireless dongles Wireless USB for XP computers.  Don't forget to make sure that the wireless dongles supports XP. Also for security reasons, you want to let the router disconnected from your network wireless.

If your tecky enough and you don't mind playing a little, you can consult your thrift store local to a router used with a print server.  You don't need to print the fastest available wireless.  Just make sure it's a router b/g (not a single B).

Nexus 7, HFG30 - all online and printed documentation confusing. Is not clearly the distinction between applications and the use of the web browser. Nowhere is the name of this app is mentioned. Had to go back with support to find the name.

The name of the application's access to the camera more than, unfortunately, the Pixels.

HFG30 not in the taken list supported here. Support says that it is supported. After all, no connection. Can connect via a browser however. Anyone else?

    Hi robbif!

    Thanks for posting.

The application CameraAccess and CameraAccess Plus is not for all our camcorders.  Some newer models, like the G30 HF, are controlled using a web browser based remote connection, instead of using the application.  For more information about this, visit our help wireless page or view the distance travel brochure HERE.
