  I have check the application manager and I saw the difference today, but the buttons under "installed apps" has not changed, the expiry date is always there!

  This issue occurs because of the connectivity problem. (You can see the steps from here: sign activation, or connection errors |) CS5.5 and later)

  1. In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
  2. Type / etc.
  3. Select the hosts file and open it.
  4. Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
  5. Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
  6. Save and close the file.

  Once you remove all the entries in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 followed Adobe.

  I have a problem with Adobe CC for the teams. My subscription is valid, but I still get the trial version. I tried to uninstall and install again, twice. Technical support tried to help me through the split screen, but they do not fix it. They said an expert call, but that has not happened. So, now that I left one day and I'm getting bit desperate. -Does anyone know what I could do to make it work?

  I think that there could be Adobe entries in the host file. Please click pon GB/Go to the file/etc/hosts and remove all entries from Adobe. Launch the software and try to activate.

  I am currently trying to download adobe flash profession cc trial version of your site so that I can decide if I want and I'm not getting anywhere. I will click on the "download trial" and then you click 'allow' on the pop - up asking adobe permission to open a program on my computer, and then nothing happens. I tried several times and even rebooted my computer nothing works, I have 8.1 windows on my computer. help please?

  Once the installation is complete, it will be launching Adobe Creative Cloud app and ask you identify.

  Sign in using your Adobe ID and password.

  Once logged in, click on list of Apps Apps tab and load.

  Then search for ' Flash Professional CC 201 "option and click the 'TRY' that are associated with"

  Open windows control panel, open system, and scroll to the bottom of the window - under the heading 'Activation of Windows', if you see Windows is activated , then it is a full version.

  I already had the trial version of Lightroom, but it has been exceeded.

  I bought the plan of creative photography of cloud.   It shows that I'm subscribed to this plan when I log on my account Adobe, but both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibition versions under the name of first instance in the cloud when I opened on my computer.  I opened two trial versions and ensured I was connected, but it is always also a trial version. I bought the plan through Amazon.

  Make sure that your current account (and only adobe identification code used in the next step is the right) by logging in here and check the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
