My CC still shows trial version

As a gift from Canon that I had installed and subscribed Adobe CC one got a code for a membership year


Unfortunately, despite my account says I have a 1 year subscription, the apps keep telling me that I have trial versions.


I tried all the options mentioned in this community (host, etc.), nothing seems to work.


I work with windows 8.1 (soon windows 10).


Can someone help me please?
