Subscription valid Adobe CC, but still the trial version
I have a problem with Adobe CC for the teams. My subscription is valid, but I still get the trial version. I tried to uninstall and install again, twice. Technical support tried to help me through the split screen, but they do not fix it. They said an expert call, but that has not happened. So, now that I left one day and I'm getting bit desperate. -Does anyone know what I could do to make it work?

I think that there could be Adobe entries in the host file. Please click pon GB/Go to the file/etc/hosts and remove all entries from Adobe. Launch the software and try to activate.

This issue occurs because of the connectivity problem. (You can see the steps from here: sign activation, or connection errors |) CS5.5 and later)
- In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
- Type / etc.
- Select the hosts file and open it.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Once you remove all the entries in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 followed Adobe.

When I open a PDF file, I get the following message "invalid plugin detected Adobe Acrobat reader DC will leave" I reinstalled Adobe DC but still the same problem, it happens with all PDFs. Any advice much appreciated.

Do you have any 3rd party plugin installed for Adobe Reader? If not, close all instances of Adobe Reader running and delete the entire folder to: C:\program Adobe [version] \Reader\plug_ins.
Now go to control panel > programs and features. Locate the entry for Adobe Reader X and choose to repair the installation.
If you do not have a 3rd party plugin installed, try to uninstall them and see if the problem is related to the same. If it works, let me know what plugins have been the origin of the problem so that I can have a look.
If all goes well, this should fix things.

If you work on a Mac, it will leave you not change the hosts file in the folder etc.
If the hosts file has input from adobe, then please copy the file to the desktop, and then remove the entries of Adobe.
Once you have successfully updated the hosts file recopy the file etc.

Bought and installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I only get the trial version.
I bought the pack of €60 / month. Installed Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, but it began in a trial version. (Thought it was normal for the first day, as long as my payment would be to accept) Now, I left for a few days and I'm still in evaluation mode. When you click the icon of CC next to the PS, HAVE fr ID it is a BUY button NOW? When you click on the my account Abobe said that I already bought it. And yes I bought it already, but why am I still in a trial version?... I have already received an invoice with the amount I paid, so normally I would have the right to use the applications.
Additional information:
Purchased with VISA and installed on a Macbook PRO.
Restarted several times, but no improvement, still the trial version.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Check your subscription payment has been processed and your adobe id is correct, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
log out and then back to your office to cc using the same adobe id allowing you to check your subscription is current, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
If you check your subscription and the foregoing, sign-out/check-in fails, then follow the suggestion of message 1.

I wish to have Photoshop CC on my laptop and my desktop computer. I went to this topic in a strange way.
First I have downlaoded the trial version of Photoshop CC to my laptop. Then I went on my system Office and almost immediately bought photography plan and who let me download photoshop and jQuery as the full versions of paid. I went back to my laptop to see what was going on there. I saw in the application of CC that jQuery was ready to 'install', so I did. but there was no change to photoshop. If they automatically set at level forms the trial to the full version? Is it possible for me to say if this version of photoshop is still the trial version?I think that if it was the trial he would say so.
