  As far as I know Logitech stuff you can install anywhere without any problem. On your device you can install also. I guess that there is some message about driver not certified but click on continue and everything will be ok.

  Remove the whole Logitech software and remove the USB ports on the Device Manager.
  After restarting again the operating system should recognize and initialize the USB ports again
  Then follow the installation manual for the use of the mouse

  It would be interesting to know which version (32 or 64-bit), you have installed. Did you install webcam driver for Windows Vista or Windows 7?

  As Akuma wrote, you need a Windows 7 driver for the webcam version. If you can t he find to NB200, check downloads for NB300 or another model of laptop that is running Windows 7. Usually, these drivers of webcam should also work on your laptop.

  To be honest I don't understand your question. Webcam is on if use you it with an application like Skype or pre-installed Webcam application. When the cam is on the little blue light near the cam is activated.

  When the application is closed cam will be off.

  Please be so kind and explain your problem in more detail.
