  Yes, the product key works independently of the architecture (32- or 64-bit), so you can use the same product key used to activate 32-bit Windows 8 Pro with 64-bit Windows 8 Pro.

  I have Win 7 pro 32 bit and I need to clean install 64 bit version. I don't have a Toshiba Satellite A200 model. psafoa and it won't start not dvd/usb or anything else than the main hard drive.
