Installation and Service problems the HORRIBLE customer

I had endless problems since I tried to buy my 3 months prepaid subscription. My previous subscription expired, I purchased a new one, my account records that I have a subscription expired and new, but I can't launch Dreamweaver (keeps warning me that I have to re - up my subscription).

Initially, I called Customer Service about 3:00 pm PST, was informed, I would like to be reminded in 10 minutes, but had not yet heard in half an hour. Then, I assumed that everyone was off for presidents day. 45 minutes after I called first, I was called back while I was at lunch. The technician could not even find the account, but he left me on hold for ten minutes, while he looked under my own name. We agreed that he would call me in fifteen minutes after I got back to my office. I have yet to hear back. I tried the technician online, but he blew me too (a 'Shashank', who expressed to me "this concern is not under my expertise, please stay on the line so that I can you give in to the installteam"). I'm still waiting for 16 hours more later to get a response from him.

Thanks for the info. I looked at your account and your subscription of Dreamweaver is expired so that your creative cloud subscription is active. First of all, I suggest uninstalling Dreamweaver, then reinstalling through creative cloud. If this does not work, you need to uninstall all applications and run the cleaner toolhttp://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html (to make sure that all the previous DW associated bugs are deleted), then reinstall applications through creative cloud. What is happening is that your app DW is always associate the former (and now expired) subscription and we need to associate with the subscription of the CC.

  • I can't get updates since SP2 installation and update of the Windows Update Agent.

    I have Vista Home Premium 64-bit.  I have done 3 installs clean for several days and each time I install SP2 and update the Windows Update Agent I can't get updates.  When I click search for updates, it just keeps looking for hours and hours and never stops looking.  I tried several solutions on the internet, including those found here.  Of course, the first thing I did was run the Fixit of Windows Update tool.  He could not solve any problems found.  He gave the error code 0 x 80070005.  I installed the SubInAcl.exe and run several different command text and a text of the batch.  The batch text did nothing.  The texts of order had errors of syntax and a file, he could not access.  I ran the System File Checker, and it finds errors, it could not fix.  I just did a clean install on this machine 6 or 8 months ago because I was going to get rid of the computer, so when I put in place I used the username user.  I came across no problem at all when I installed the operating system and update everything.  Since then, I decided to keep the computer, so I wanted to have it in my name.  As I said, this is my 3rd try.  I am willing to give.  Maybe someone here can help.

    I finally got it!  I tried two other proposed solutions, then I ran the System File Checker, which is no problem, then I ran Check Disk.  Check disk found and repaired files in the file system of BITS among others.  After that, I'm now completely up to date with Windows Update.  I was ready to give up.  I'm glad I did not.  For anyone else having similar problems, don't give up, the answer is there.

    Windows Installer won't install Corel Draw X 3 patch for Corel SP1 and SP2.  Corel X 3 was released at the end of the 1980s, well before updates from Microsofts SP.

    These files are patches for the X 3 program and have nothing to do with Microsoft SP 1, 2 and 3.

    The error that gives the installer of windows, is that the patch cannot be installed by the installer, because the program is missing (which is not the case) or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program, (which he did... this fix is designed especially for the X 3 only and is in fact the upgrade for him.)

    It says to check that I have the program on my computer and I have the appropriate fix. (What I'm doing.)

    Another site said a faulty windows installer can cause "out of memory" errors and has spent in Corel Draw so I deleted and reinstalled as I've mentioned above. Any ideas on how to get this installed?  Hope you can help, I don't know where to turn to the next if not. Corel does not support this program because of his age.     The simple driver update will not damage your laptop but the incorrect BIOS.
    Anyway, Sam is right. The S in the first step means satellite. This is why you must use drivers for 2410-303. These are the correct drivers and they should work on the laptop.

    I support an Apex 2.0.0.00.49 application that is hosted in a secure data center. I recently had to get out an upgrade of the application. The download went very well, but at the stage of installation, I got a network error message. It turns out that web traffic now runs through a server "Finjan", it is a content filtering server and it is set to timeout after 60 seconds. I assumed that the installation has failed and has tried several times but everything that happened that was the closure of the database (too much restoration activity). After that the database is back upwards, I could see a new page that had been added to the application. I wasn't happy to declare that it has been successful all I would say it seems to be successfully, but I couldn't guarantee that all aspects of the facility had been successful (I don't know if there is an internal mechanism that is able to identify that there is a network problem and the installation is marked as incomplete that come to light at some point in the future - maybe to the next) version)

    I wonder now by infrastructure providers to accept this situation and assume/declare that the release was successful and that we can continue to perform installations where this network error message is returned.

    I will say that the output was successful? I believe that if a version is a 10 step process, then it is complete and successful when the 10 steps completed successfully!

    Use the application version attribute and to ensure that this attribute appears some share in your user interface (that is, in the footer of a page). If you later see this updated version number after you import is complete, then I guess you can consider it a success. As I said, the import is an atomic operation. And this completion of installation method is really not different you identify a new page or page changes that you know is supposed to be there. This makes it easy to discern the version attribute.

    I do not have itunes, so I don't know where you can find it from Windows Task Manager.
    Click on process tab > scroll to find (if you know its name), until it clicks > click on end process down to the right.

    Alternatively, here is another way...
    Click on Services tab > click Services at the bottom right > uac prompt > now scroll to find itunes. I don't know how it's called. No doubt itunes.exe > if you find it, click on it > looks to the left, click on stop.

    Have just ordered a new R4 ALX. Would have preferred to order a combo HDD SSD, but Dell didn't, this combo and the largest SSD they available was 512 GB.
