I then follow the directions on the case who say to go in my computer just click on the e drive then click on explore to find the launcher and the downlad but nothing happens.   Looks like you may have a hardware problem with your CD/DVD drive. You are able to read all disks you put in (like music CD or other programs)? If this is not the case, go to Device Manager and check the status of the device.

  In the Device Manager screen, double-click on CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drives, and then double-click the device listed under the DVD/CDROM drives.   I have tried several games now, and they all have the same problem:

  The dxdiag you posted, it looks like your video driver is not the most recent.  The latest from the ATI Web site has a date of 27/01/10.  I suggest you upgrade to this pilot and test.
