Installation of Office 7 of 11 flow HP disk

My MS Office for my HP flow 11 subscription has expired and is not not a 1% er, I can't pay the annual fee so I would like to install Office 7 (from a drive) on the HP. Unfortunately, so far, my efforts were in vain, because when I tried to install from a portable DVD player from Samsung, the executable file of the Office does not open. DVD drive is recognized but unit seems to 'hunt' when Office 7 disc is inserted. Please notify.

Walker Hello,

Do you mean that you want to install MS Office 2007?

I don't know why the phone Samsung will not open the installation disc. The HP forum does not support products from other brands.

But if you have the key to activate Office 2007, you can simply download the installation files MS directly.

Here is the link...

Microsoft Office Download

Don't forget to first uninstall the other version of Office.

    Hello

You must perform a new installation of Office 2003.
First remove all files and the former software office 2000 registry keys and then perform a new installation.
After the installation of Microsoft Office 2003 Download all patches and updates on the Microsoft site.

  • Installation of Office on a netbook

I have Office 2007 Home and Student, allowing installation on 3 machines.  Right now I don't have it on my main computer (Vista Home Premium) but I would like to install it on a small Asus 1000he netbook (XP) I bought last week.   However, I can't install directly from the disc because the netbook is not an optical drive.  Is it possible to do other than to go out and buy an external hard drive?

Can I download and install the free trial 60 days and activate it using the code of my package?   Or the trial version would reject a retail code?

    See you soon,.
    Elizabeth

    Hello Aluluei,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Community Forum.

It can be done by getting the trial version.  I had this meathod although the opposite effect on me.  It still works in the end, but you don't have to call Activation.

The best way for you, if it's possible, is to share the optical drive of a computer and the other have access.  This of course depends on whether or not they can talk to each other.  So if they use the same router out of the internet and both have the same name of group to work and then on the PC with the optical drive, you could go to explore and right-click on the list for the optical drive and click 'Share' and choose "Everyone" to have rights on the disk.  This is done in the facility.  It leaves the reader somewhat vulnerable so you can stop sharing once we are done or specify the user on the other machine and am not to "everyone".  Either once shared go on the other machine and click on 'Start' and in the field of research at the bottom of the menu type in

\\computer1\d where "Computer1" is the name of the computer with the shared optical drive and "d" is the common name of the player

Then you should be able to install using the player on the other machine.

    Please post with the results.

    Thank you
    Jonathan

  • Windows Installer crashes Office opening

How to stop the installation program opens. The office program is already installed and works very well. It takes 5-7 minutes so he can go and I can start to work in Word.

    Hi Princofkc,

    • This only happens when opening Office application?
    • What exactly happens when you try to open the Microsoft Office application?

You can unsubscribe and reregister the windows service installed on your computer and check if that helps you solve the problem.

To do this, follow these steps:

    a. click on the Start menu, click onrun.
    (b) in the Open box, typemsiexec /unreg and then press ENTER.
    (c) in the Start menu, clickrun.
    (d) in the Open box, typemsiexec/regserver, and then press ENTER.

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.

    Thank you and best regards,

  • Installation of Office Professional 2007

    Hi all

    OK, it's just a check

I installed Office Professional 207 on my PC and the new generation, the new install of Win 7, all with Office 2007 so far seems OK.

However the odd thing is that when installing it counts only disc one & without any point during the application installation using the drive in two.

    Is this normal?

If so, why have two disk?

    Thank you

Why I can't install this program on my current computer which has Windows Vista Home Premium?  It will so far, and then this prompt appears, the program Setup cannot find HomeStudentr.ww\HomeSrww.cab.  Browse to a valid installation source and then click ok.  Where is this HomeStudentr.ww\HomeSRww.cab?  What and where can I find a valid installation source?

    Hi JERRY HOOPER,

We encounter this error message if the installation disc is corrupt. I suggest you try to copy the contents of the Microsoft Office disk on the hard drive and launch the installation from there. You can delete these files once the installation is complete.
