Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and start safe mode.  Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure.  To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode.  Then run a complete system scan.

Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log.  To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools.  Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

  • HP solutions Center can not run because your installation of the device is not full (Windows 7)

I downloaded and tried to install HP Photosmart C309a all-in-One Driver Software 14.0 Rel.5 in a new installation of Windows 7 Professional (not an upgrade). Installation works very well until the moment of the connection to the printer.

I tried the wired and wireless network connections. The screen "Found network printers" lists the printer with the correct IP address and MAC address. Network Diagnostics screen shows any errors. The screen "Installation of your printer" poster "Detected printer", then says "printer setup has failed to complete." Retry does not help. Removing and reinstalling the software do not help.

The Windows devices and printers control panel shows the printer as "Series of HP Photosmart C309a (redirect 2)". I am able to print a Test Page from Windows printer without error. The 'print options' are also available.

The printer works fine with other computers on my home network, one running XP and a Vista running.

How can I get the software installation to complete successfully and provide the printer the HP Solutions Center?

    Thanks for your help.

Well, I have solved my problem. I'm not sure that these steps are necessary, but here's what I did.

1 follow the instructions in "Completely uninstall and reinstall the HP software" HP. In particular, 'clear the temporary files and folders' and 'Disable Terminate and Stay Resident (TSR) programs and any other lighting programs' before reinstall you, then "Reactivate startup programs", after the reinstallation.

    2. install base drivers, and NOT the complete software package with applications.

    3. If the basic install works, then install ALL the applications (eg Solution Center). Do not try to install some applications but not others.

4 remove the applications that you do not (e.g., Online Shop).

Maybe the steps 2-4 are not mandatory, but they worked for me.

  • installation of the system problem

I have an acer aspire one and I did a second system restore because I could have been a victim of software counterfietting. and since then. my laptop has not been able to function. Whenever I try to stop it and turn it back on, he repeats to me Setup starts service. It doesn't let me do anything. In addition to this, the installation program has been from services for about a week now. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hello

This is the guide that you follow to do a restore to factory with an Acer:

    http://Acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/A_ID/2631

Once you do this you then download the latest drivers for your model on the Acer site:

    http://us.Acer.com/AC/en/us/content/drivers

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

With updates after reinstalling make sure you have the latest Service Packs installed:

Then download the rest of Windows updates.

Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.

It will also tell you which SP you have installed.

Then, choose the download of 'bit' OK to use to install Service Packs, installation of SP1 first if it is not already installed.

    Vista SP1 32-bit (x 86): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30

    Vista SP1 64-bit: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21299

    Concerning

    Florian

    Hi Florian.

If you are installing Windows 7, you should be aware that the default HTTP port 49152 is now a dynamic port for Windows 7 (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929851).

To get your installation to work, you should only change your files docserv.xml and docclient.xml to change your ports:

    com.docucorp.messaging.data.marshaller.SOAPMIMEDSIMessageMarshaller
    com.docucorp.messaging.http.DSIHTTPMessageQueueFactory
    http://localhost:49152*.
    15
    30

Simply specify a port not used as 48152 and you should be all set. You can use "netstat - a" from a command prompt to view the ports in use on your computer to make sure that the port you have chosen is not already in use.

  • Help! Installation of the router problem!

Hi all! This got me so confused and stressed! I have internet with my Dell desktop computer connected directly to the modem. Works perfectly! We bought 3 different routers and they ALL did EXACTLY the same thing! The second I plug the router with the other end of the ethernet cable, the computer thinks that there is no network connection? The light isn't yet on where the ethernet cable is plugged in to the back of the computer? But the light burns if its plugged on the modem? Which leads me to believe that there is nothing wrong with the cord... The lights work on the router, which makes me think this isn't the router... All bulbs work on the modem that once more, makes me believe that there is nothing wrong with that either? I have everything reset, unplugged everything and he tried once again too many times now! Help, please!
