  It's amazing, but they did not give us a way to opt-out of the image analysis and the only way to avoid it is to move your photos out of the IOS device.  I have auto-download of mine to Microsoft cloud, which then auto-telechargements them to my computer.  I remove out of IOS as soon as possible.  I don't know that apple hoped I wake up each morning, a bit of happy memory, but I open my phone every morning and all delete

  Whenever I try to sync my photo albums regular on my iPhone with the newly updated iOS 10, photos sync but not displayed in albums.

  They show in the pictures under different dates tab, but not in the albums section in the appropriate album titles the they are synced with.

There are many threads to pass by...  I've used the Preview.app to display pictures of my backup folder iPhone MobileSync on my iMac, which seems to have worked to extract all the images in the Messages.app on my iPhone at the same time. However, there was also video included, and I don't am not sure about the video was extracted from the iOS Messages.app or retrieved in a format that I can read.

  I was wondering if anyone knows a way to extract all the video and photos from an iPhone to a Mac so that I can record before deleting all messages to make room on my iPhone?  I prefer not to use if possible third-party applications.

  I was able to use the details option in the upper right of any window of a particular message in order to get all the images/videos sent by this particular user. Once I've selected all the images/videos that I wanted to save I could right click on one of the image selected, who brought up the option Save this group in my library of photos.

  You can have a library that is enabled for iCloud on your Mac, if you activate my Phto Stream for this library to download from your iiPhone, it will be 2-way and also download on the iPhone.

  If you want to only download from the iPhone, do not use y Photo Stream, but download by connecting the iPhone to a USB port.
