  Please uninstall CC Office and install again:

  1. go in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall Creative Cloud desktop

  For Windows: Control Panel\Programs\Programs and features

  2. go in Applications/Utilities and find CC Office application folder and move it to the trash.

  For Windows, uninstall Office CC top App of: control Panel\Programs\Programs and features

  3. run the CC cleaning tool and search for any trace of AAM. If necessary withdraw:http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

  4. go to Libraray/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old

  For Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE to the OOBE 86 x. OLD

  5. download and install the CC Office since the indicated link:https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

  Are you sure its iOS running 6?  What does say under settings-> General-> on-> Version?

I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program."
