  I can't find any resolution or thread to cover this - is there is direct phone and E-mail, you can request such requests to? If it continues, Apple will charge me $ 288 for something that I accept to pay for, and I do not use more than 2 years.

  You tried a disconnection via the settings > iCloud > Sign Out?   The leave it plugged to charge all night. If they still fail to hold a charge, they have bad batteries. I'd return them if they don't charge.
