IPad/HP M1217nfw print

My IPad II is no longer prints on my wirless HP M1217nfw printer. They are both on the same network, but the IPad does not see the printer. My laptop Apple and PC access the printer through the network without any problems. When I arrived to the IPad printer and the printer worked well together. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Yes that's correct. As long as the operating system takes in charge the printer it will work on multiple systems.

I have had no problem my laptop as well as my ipad time wireless printing. All of a sudden yesterday after 6 monmths to run flawlessly suddenly neither device would print. I just tried and eventually uninstalled the printer and reinstalled. It works fine now for the laptoip however the investigation period [ad do not print. The ipad recognizes, however, that the printer simply prints nothing. Of course I tried all different veriations to unplug the printer, router, ipad etc and no results. One thing I noticed is that the ip address of printers is 1 digit differs from the ip address it says that the ipad is connected to. Do not know if it matters but I thought it might be relivant to the problem

Well, I checked the impression that and he said: I had 8 opending jobs but when I pulled them up to remove them he showed zero here to clear. In the end I just did a reset on the ipad, and when I started it back it now works fine again

  • Impossible to get ipad, iphones to print using wireless on Photosmart estation e510

I have a photosmart estation e-510 and I'm trying to get my assortment ipads, iphones to print wireless using this printer.

I downloaded the iprint applications, and I have the function working on the printer wireless. Apple products will not recognize the printer. I use a router dual-band.

I looked on the forums, on the HP website to no help.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Bob

Let's start with a reboot of the router.  Pull his plug for a few seconds, reconnect and wait for it to start.

So who disobeys, restart your printer and your iOS devices.   Make sure that all devices have the latest firmware.

  • Since the last update my iPad does not print to printer wifi

My iPad recognizes my wireless printer, but since the last update for IOS 10 printer prints about him.  However he takes the paper but give just on plain paper.  Can someone please? Thank you very much.

Actual start simple with a reset. Press and hold the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears. Release the two buttons. Wait for your iPad to begin on its own.

If the reset does not reset the wifi router by pulling the plug from the socket.

Also do a print test by copying something to make sure that you have enough ink.

  • With the help of my iPad, can I print an address on an envelope #10?

KB/PH/18153 you want to print an address on a standard envelope 'size '. This seems to be the A4. But I want to print an address on an envelope smaller: #10. Can I do this?

I'm not 100% sure what is your question.

You want to print from iOS Pages on an iPad? You have an AirPrint printer?

    "An A4 envelope is essentially 4"x 6", while a #10 is 4" x 9.25 ".

    Can clarify you?

  • IPad does not print, low on ink message

I have iOS iPad running 7.0.3 and office jet 8500 a910 firmware lrp1fn123ar. AirPrint works ok until about a month ago, but it's not. When I print from an application such as the mail, iPad comes up with the message 'low on printer ink', followed by the message "check printer to find errors. The printer display comes with 'incompatibility of paper, paper size or type is incorrect. Printer is not low on ink and prints ok from my hp laptop wireless. Followed the guidelines of resetting hp and apple for router, printer etc., but always the same error each time. I also installed hp sprint app and same error comes.

    Hi Rowlinson,

    Thanks for the quick response.

You're right, AirPrint is not an option to change the size of the paper so the when the print job is sent to the printer using AirPrint is search paper of the size of the document request. I suspect that the printer is 8½ "x 11" LETTER size research.  If you want to be able to change the paper size you can try to use HP ePrint app.  I have included a document with HP ePrint Mobile App FAQ as well as a document on how to get started with ePrint.

For the invalid message of low ink, I have included a link to a specific document to this message when the ink is not low.

Low ink warning message appears after installing a new ink cartridge

  • printing from ipad on hp3052a printer

I can't print a document from the ipad2 at 3052 on the 3g network a printer. WIFI and email works great. Is there a setting I need to turn on the printer or the ipad?

AirPrint feature to print from any Apple device (which IOS 4.2 or later version) which is connected to the same network as the printer.  Thus, to use the AirPrint feature, both the printer and Apple devices must be on the same local network.  However, the ePrint feature allows you to print from anywhere in the world as long that your printer has to an internet connection and is turned on. So, your best option is to put in place the ePrint feature.  I hope that that clears it for you.  The process step by step is under "Setting up ePrint" on the following HP Web site:

  • iPad does not print when B210 is in sleep mode

My iPad is "printer offline" when you print from my iPad to my photosmart wireless B210. Apple Care suggested that I contact HP to find out if Air Print the printer can be left on when prnter goes into stanby mode. Or if the standby printer can be disabled.

Looks like a problem network here. I would first start by turning off the iPad, printer and unplug the router. Then plug the router back in and when he's back to a normal diet on the other two aircraft. See if you can now access the printer.

  • Print Ipad to wireless printer

I have a wireless HP3050A J611g printer, I also have an Ipad that I used to be able to print since then, now I can't.

The main computer is a HP, Windows Vista. I printed out directly from the printer the wireless network test results and

It shows no problem, however, when I printed everything first this page showed 3 detected wireless networks, now it only shows 2.

I pressed a lot of buttons on the printer and may have something screwed up.

Who is your wireless network printer?  If this isn't the case, I included a link that guides you through the process of connecting the printer to your network.  To use airprint with your iPad, your printer must be on your network.

After checking that printer is connected to your network you have any error message on your iPad after trying to print?

  • ePrint of iPad to C309m - print a web page

EPrint, I installed it on my iPad 2.  If I try to print from a web page that I have access directly using the button 'print' in the menu drop down at the top of the iPad, nothing happens on my C309m.  But if I'm on hp.com on my iPad and change the URL to hp.com, say, Time.com, then the page very well on my C309m.  Also Photos in my photo library print well.

Are there settings that I need to make the eprint application, on the iPad or on the printer?

Thanks in advance for your help.  I'm really at the end of my limited knowledge.

Thanks for the reply jweist. Should use the browser provided by the printing application.  It should be a tab called 'Web', click this icon, and then type the site is eager to visit and then to show the contents we're eager and then select the print option, it will give an overview and then after we looked at the preview one may proceed to print the contents of the page and select the option to print again.  The print option is not available in any other browser.

  • How can I add my Iphone and Ipad to wireless printer

I connect a new printer (HP officejet pro 6835) and I'm connected wireless.  I need to know how to add my mobile devices such as the iPad and iPhone, so that I can print other devices remotely

I don't think that you add an iPhone to a printer, you add a printer to an iPhone. When I saw people using AirPrint they just click on the button print on and let him find a wireless printer.
