iPad Pro 9.7 random reboot
Normally don't think much this, but, I have an iPad 2 day old Pro 9.7 the GB 128 who has restart on me twice so far. In the middle of using it, it will cut the Apple logo on black background for a minute before returning to the password screen. Curiously, he will accept Touch ID to place one password, something he usually does when it loses its power. No idea on the cause or how to understand? I had a chat with technical support, but they only help they could provide was to do a restore. I just realized, but my concern is that I have installed an app or something causing the iPad enabled crashing and it will just continue to do so due to misapplication.
I'd pay just pay attention to it. Make a note of what app you're using and how it reacts.
You can still install your applications one at a time (if you have not installed all back on of course) and see that there is upward

Mac pro 1.1 random reboot several times in a row
Hi all, the random reboot started to happen about a month before, it wasn't something like this before. The problem generally (not all the time) appears the first time of the day that I start the mac and usually several times in a row when this happens; some of the recovery happens during mac startup screen. I tried to reset the SMC but hopeless. Also tried out dusting and cleaning of the mac. Any suggestions?

iPad 9.7 "pro random reboot iOS 9.3.2
Updated to the latest version of iOS, the other day for my iPad Pro (bought 2 weeks ago) and had a random reboot, which I had not experienced in the 2 weeks before this update. Everyone knows that since the latest iOS update?

Can someone tell me how to change the random setting when playing iTunes on my iPad Pro?
I am playing iTunes on my iPad Pro and may not know how to change random playback settings. I see the taskbar shuffle just above the playlist with a shuffle icon. But touching this icon seems truly random for a different song rather than change the setting. Thanks for any help you can offer.
Hey zip66215,
I understand you want to learn more about the playback controls for the application of the music on your iPad. I can help you with that.
Generally, you will begin to see a list of your music and when you play a song, the mini-Player will appear at the bottom of different tabs of the music app. If you type the mini Player, it will bring to the top of the current playback with all different game controls screen. From there, you can repeat and shuffle settings. Take a look at the screen shots to learn more of what I am referring to the as well as research and the link below.

- Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Then try these instructions for pairing bluetooth devices > Set install and use third-party Bluetooth - Apple Support Accessories

First make sure you have the latest version of iTunes (12.5.1), otherwise download then from Apple and install or update. Connect your iPad to your computer and open iTunes. It should invite you to re - install iOS. It takes a while, but to download the file and install ok.
I had 2 devices are similarly and with patience, he worked through.

Keyboard Smart ipad pro, lost connection
Hello
Why my smart keyboard sometimes lost connection with the pro 9.7 "ipad. Then after rebooting the ipad it works again. But its always like that. Is there any problem or how to fix it?
Thank you
Hi Budi73,
Welcome to the communities of Apple Support! I'm sorry to hear that you are having these problems with your iPad Pro and your Smart keyboard. Since the Smart keyboard uses the contacts of the Smart connector on the side of your iPad Pro, if you are having problems with intermittent or loss of connections, you can check the contacts as described in the following article:
Get help
If your iPad Pro does not detect your Smart keyboard or you see an 'Accessory not supported' alert on your iPad Pro, make sure that there are no debris or plastic on the pins of the Smart connector on the keyboard or the Smart Connector on the iPad Pro. Also, try the following steps:
- Make sure your iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard are in a position to Type .
- Remove the Smart keyboard for your iPad Pro.
- Restart your iPad Pro.
- Reconnect the Smart keyboard.

Mysterious error stuck in iTunes App Store on iPad Pro download
On my iPad Pro there is a mistake with two video downloads in the app Store in iTunes. Cannot remove the two download errors so it shows just two attempts to download content in the download window. No way to restart or remove the downloads. How can he be re-defined? Edit function and pressing the errors on this side here dies nothing.
Do a forced reboot - after all open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.
Meet the sleep/wake and home buttons down until you see the logo - then release and allow normal start upward

Settings - safari - clear history Web site and data
Do a forced reboot - after all open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.
Meet the sleep/wake and home buttons down until you see the logo - then release and allow normal start upward
See if one of them makes a difference

I noticed, over the last week, many cases where my iPad Pro loses its connection (AT & T). He goes to 'No Service'.
Ignition and extinction of airplane Mode doesn't seem to help, or not given cellular switching back then didn't seem to help. So far, only restart it seems to solve the problem.
No, I have not tried a hard reboot (two buttons) yet. What the heck, I'll probably try that next...
I don't know if it is related to iOS9.3, but it seems to be pretty much in this time...
Anyone else see anything like that?
Try a reboot of the Force. Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If this does not help, tap settings > general > reset > reset network settings
You will need to enter your Wi - Fi password.

Line number is missing from the keyboard on the iPad pro screen
Hi all
When I used my iPad pro, I noticed the line number included in the on-screen keyboard. I know that some applications do not support, but I found that the number line is completely absent when I use any application (including the mail and Safari). Thoughts? All software is updated, I rebooted without results.
Have you tried an another hard reset of your iPad by pressing the sleep/wake and Home buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to the dark and restarts with the Apple logo, then release them buttons?

iPad pro list 3 updates in waiting but nothing downloads
can one please tell me why my new iPad Pro shows there is 3 updates to install, but nothing shows downloading or waiting for download. My Internet connection works fine.
Greetings drongo999,
Thank you for using communities Support from Apple!
It appears from your question, that you see a badge on the App Store, showing three app updates available, but when open you not seen all the apps that need to update. If this is correct, there are a couple of different troubleshooting steps that I would recommend.
First of all, to completely close the App Store using the instructions in the following article.
Force an app to close iOS - Apple Support
The App Store has been closed, restart your iPhone.
Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support
Once your iPhone has rebooted, you still see the badge informing you that you have updates available? If so, are there available updates when you open the App Store?
Have a great day!

video iPad pro has stopped playing after update 9.2
Since the 9.2 update any video on my iPad pro willl not play. I first noticed this after making a video and trying to read. There is a long pause, maybe 2 minutes and then you can hear the sound of the video but the screen remains black. Then I tried to pay for a video on amazon (video demo of a product) and it will show no video but after a long break, I can hear what he says.
Then I tried youtube and the same result, without video, only the sound after a long break.
I had no problem with the iPad before this update happened a few days ago. I rebooted but still reset the iPad again.
Any suggestions, what could be wrong and how to fix it?
Same thing here. Not only app show me any video at all:
-Safari (try watching YouTube videos)
-YouTube (installed later to check if it's a Safari specific issue)
-Vimeo
-Podcast
-Photos (video I shoot and could watch on my iPhone)
-FaceTime
-Skype
Not even a cinematic inside a game app I was playing yesterday... I'm not sure to try a beta version as a solution, especially if I can't find the data confirming the beta solves this problem.
Thoughts? ideas?
